I come here often to work and I’m always impressed by their coffee and americanos! I love the texture and taste of the beans they use, and their cakes are to die for. It’s a great spot to work during the weekdays, and they are quite hospitable when I come by. Truly one of my favourite spots in the neighborhood.
The guy who makes the sandwich is super good with making it celiac friendly and they are actually really great. The desserts actually tastes good too. It's rare to find vegan and gluten free place. The server will inform you on what you can eat if you ask.
Just don't get the muffins though. They are rock hard and the wax paper don't peel off so you are gonna end up eating both together.

Mahalo has become my favorite cafe in the Plateau, I'm pretty much there every day. The treats are delicious, the atmosphere is so welcoming but most importantly the employees are so warm and kind. At this point every time I come in I feel like I'm amongst friends and family. And did I mention the treats are delicious!!!
