Sunday August 25 around 6 p.m., I had a very disappointing experience with an employee at the Subway located next to the hospital. I first asked him if it was possible to have tea, but he said there wasn't any. I then asked if I could have or buy a glass of hot water, but the employee refused again, without any explanation or attempt to offer me an alternative. I find this lack of service and consideration unacceptable, especially in an establishment located next to a hospital to help out, where a little compassion and flexibility can make a big difference.

I just had the most bizarre interaction with 2 subway employees. I consider myself a polite person, but the experience I had with these two young people was unprofessional and borderline rude. Please teach them how to process cash payments! You must tell the person the amount that is owed to them aloud (I had to ask) and they should learn that some people will pay with change! Who enters 20$ paid just because they can see the $20 bill I have in my hand, when I’m still rifling through my coin purse and haven’t handed anything over? Either way, no big deal- they just add up the amount to be returned themselves, right? Nope! Instead they told me I did it wrong and they know because “we work here”. Dude. If you can’t do simple math and understand that customer service means not belittling the intelligence of your customers, good luck in the real world. As someone who has worked in customer service my whole life, this was extremely bizarre. Maybe more training is required?

Worst subway I've been to. Dude ignored us to finish a mop, open sneezed towards the back counter while making our sandwiches, made decisions for us( didn't ask him to) all while keeping his earphones in and not looking at us for the entire transaction. Never eat there.

Usually it's the soft kind of bread but what I received today was similar to a cracker. I hesitated to think about holding a sandwich in my hands...

We waited 15 minutes before being served only to find that the employee was back with headphones in his ears. I asked to be served and absolutely wanted another person after me to know what they wanted “because that’s how it works”. He subsequently began to take us for nonos.A young boy; seems mixed race or Arab, December 30, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. Poor service and lack of respect, Really a race to the bottom compared to other subways.
