Unpleasant and 100% English-speaking service, dishonest owner. The prices displayed are significantly higher than at other Subways, and the prices at the register are often even higher than the prices displayed. They don't have all the ingredients to make some of the sandwiches on the menu, but don't let you know if you order one of those. I agree with the reviews that say it's worth the walk to the Eaton.

Bread was stale, charged wrong price until I asked for a fix and then told I was wrong but was given the difference.
They did not follow the subway meet quantities either.

I used to like Subway because their food was consistent in the way that it was made but lately more and more of the stores are reducing portions and not following corporate requirements. They are also charging for the wrong sub and not disclosing it unless you call them on it like I did today BMT vs Pizza...

Time to look for a new sub chain.

The girl literally closed my sandwich like it was sushi and literally put 10 grams of meat in my 12 inch. That’s not counting her adding the vegetables before putting the subway in the oven. In short, a real joke

I tried to see if there was an employee and there wasn't. I needed change and I was hungry so I decided to change my $1 for 4x25 cents while waiting for the employee. Suddenly the employee Ali shows up and calls me a thief. Orders me to give him my 4 twenty-five cents. He is very aggressive and tarnishes my reputation with other customers and calls the police. End result I lost a dollar and I still have nothing to eat.
I now understand why this subway has less than 2 stars on average. Really pathetic!

Worst?????? Terrible service and price. I didn't check the receipt because I was on the train after buying it in a hurry, but I found out too late that I was being charged an excessive fee! I'm so angry. Plus, he was irritated the whole time he was taking our order. Never go ??????????

S'il y avait l'option d'aucune étoile, je la mettrais. Mon wrap à été plié en motton au lieu de roulé. Manque plusieurs choses dans la table, comme des épinards et des oignons croustillants. Il y avait littéralement que 2 concombres dans mon sandwich. Je crois qu'ils veulent nous faire un régime forcé avec les minimes portions qui mettent dans les sandwich.

I had such a bad experience with the Middle East agent who over charged me for a vegetarian sandwich. The no existent Mozzarella, and he never warm up my sandwich as a result, I demanded my refund and return the sandwich. Bad service, Over charged and insulted. Pls. Look for another place to eat!!!but not this subway.

Wrong on my order, zero chicken in my chicken sandwich, completely wrong vegetables in my sandwich. I explain to the manager in a very correct and polite manner, he starts digging into my sandwich with his old paws, shouts at me, makes me feel bad that I took a 2/1 offer, insults me personally, during this time I (the customer) try to calm him down I don't get involved in his game and tell him I only want the good sandwich I ordered. Terrible store also the dining tables are used as if it were its backstore.

Went today and had the worst experience…I asked the girl there to grill the subs and the owner just packed my sandwich saying that it cant be grilled with all the veggies inside it….. but for the amount they charge, quantity of veggies given in the subs is too less. I asked her to add extra cheese and she e added just a teaspoon quantity and charged $2.50 for the same. The owner is very very rude and disgusting, doesn’t know how to make a sandwich and treat customers.Never ever go here and waste your money

Worst subway store ever!! Unprofessional staff doesn’t know the menu items. Mixed lettuce and chicken while making and destroyed my sandwich. Preparation was unhygienic and not what you expect at a subway.

Vegetarian options: Do not eat here if you are a vegetarian religiously.

Do not go there. The food isn't fresh, employees doesn't understand french or english and they don't follow recipes. I've paid 34$ for 1x 6inch and 1x 12inch , I didn't take my receipt, so this one is on me. But i'm pretty sure they've charged me extras just to follow the original recipe. The bread was burnt and they were really cheap with the garnishes. They also lack of ingredients (they don't have jalapenos, olive, just one kind of cheese..). I'm pretty sure that they don't follow sanitary standards. This place should be close and I'll recommend anyone to go elsewhere.
