Great sandwich, but Subway tends to overprice for the portion size...

Lady in front was super rude and was trying to rush me when the restaurant was completely empty. She lied about the price and charged me more than she was supposed to. On the app the whole trip is 13.18$, she charged me 11$ for the sandwich alone. I didn’t even bother getting the rest.

Terrible location, just walk 5 minutes down to the one on Rue Sainte-Catherine, they’re lovely over there and it will cost you much less.

Bad service

Bad sandwich. Not warm, not toasted, not as I asked. The lady mix my sandwich with other 2 inside the toaster ( that’s why the toaster did not did the job), re-toasted other 2 sandwiches, mine no… and she took it out after 13 sec…
I want good food not rushed food ( cold and not tasty).
Lady: you need to improve your skills around the toaster… you need to make the sandwich “ as long as it takes” not rush it and loose customers!
And before packing it, cut in half the sandwich… this is the standard inside subway restos!

Online orders are useless, the staff doesn't even bother to answer the phone and when they got there my sandwich had traces of mold, mmhh this service is a real treat

I stopped going because of how rude that lady is and how she just throws the ingredients around, so careless. How is she not fired, she’s disrespectful and mean to everyone.

It was my first time at Subway and the person working there was very patient even though he was closing and explained everything for me.

Horrible experience. Every time I go there, it’s always the same lady who serves me and everything the sandwich is awful. She rushes everything which makes the entire thing fall apart and she is super rude. This time my sandwich had frozen cucumbers in it! Look at how badly it was wrapped, a disaster to eat.

Very terrible experience. Very rude and unpleasant staff as well . I visited this subway outlet for the first time and the elderly staff was not even understanding the simple order and the burned the bread. Completely unacceptable behaviour.

Idk why they always have a bad attitude and are rude, plus I'm pretty sure the girl working there all the time is fatphobic because of a mean comment she made. Not one time have i had a good experience with her. Seriously should get fired, seems like I'm not the only one either
