I went and the lady was on a phone call i waited to be served she said hello i did not hear her the first time when she said hello and proceeded to say rudly HELLO. the whole time she was taking my order she was on her phone and while doing my sandwich she grabbed her phone with her glove on and did not change it. she also would not speak to me due to speaking on her phone and was pointing at food. Very bad experience and rude service.

On Thursday the 12th , I had a terrible experience at this Subway around 10:30 PM. When I arrived, the worker (a hijabi woman) was in the employee-only area and took a while to come to the counter. When she finally showed up, the first thing she did was put her shoes on right in front of me behind the food prep counter. That’s beyond unprofessional and completely unhygienic. She didn’t wash her hands before putting on gloves, and her attitude was arrogant and dismissive. No respect for customers, no basic hygiene. This location seriously needs management oversight.
