I just put through an order for 150 mixed subs for a charity event in the area. The Manager was very helpful and flexible. His suggestions for the menu were spot on. I received several flattering comments from the charity attendees. They were able to build and box up 150 * 12 inch subs in 4 hours. Excellent experience all around.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I just started working around this area and was happy to see there was a Subway nearby. My first impression was, it was fine, so I kept coming back to support them 4 more times afterwards. Every. Single. Time… after the first time was HORRIBLE service. During my second visit, the owner was very rude, the employee made my sandwich wrong and had to remake it, and before letting me pay, he was clearly whispering to her something about me and the employee started laughing. 3rd, 4th visit their service was REALLY slow. And today, my last visit, I asked for a specific cookie for my combo, and he purposely gave me super hard and stale cookies, it was so old and hard you could hear knocks when you tap it on the table. I told him to throw it in the garbage since he seemed like he didn’t want to replace my cookie, he told me they’re all hard and to take chips instead. Will never come back to this store, if I’m craving Subway, I’ll go to a different location.
