Ordered on door dash and this is the second time from this branch that got my order wrong. For example, I ordered a 12 inch tuna sandwich and asked for the herb bread but got the plain one instead, the cheese was wrong and told to not put spinach and they still did. Seems like they dont care what goes out to takeout orders...

The store was advertising a deal on their window however when I went to pay for the advertised product I was informed the deal “wasn’t in their system yet”. Ended up paying twice as much as I was expecting ($10+ for a 6 inch) .

Online it shows that the store close at 11PM and when I visited at 10:30 PM. The store was closed. No one was there.
The people working there are so loving and you can truly see how much they care about how you want your food served and what you want in your sandwich. I loved them so much.

I couldn't enter, it is mentioned as accessible but it is NOT. Not wheelchair accessible, has a 2-3 inches step. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR STATUS AS NON ACCESSIBLE OR CREATE A RAMP (and make it accessible for the remaining 25% of society and potential customers you are excluding.....) Seems decent.
