Around 2:40 p.m. Friday, November 8, 2024, I went there to buy a good submarine and I asked him to check the pieces of bread because from experience this story of hard or not fresh bread comes up more and more often.

Without checking properly, he tells me that it is fresh with a cool shit tone, it will be necessary to mention to him that a client is a person who keeps the company going and pays his salary.

When I got home, I bit into my subways and the bread was not soft but a little hard to chew.

Unfortunately, these restaurant chains should focus on how to manage and inspect their sometimes not fresh bread.

After making my sandwich, which looked really good, I wanted to take it to go, but when it was time to pay, the computer decided to give up. The attendant tells me to wait a moment so she can call her manager or boss. A speakerphone conversation where I hear the manager telling the employee to calm down even if she wasn't upset. Anyway, after 5 minutes I ask if I can leave with the sandwich without paying given the circumstances. The employee asks the manager on the phone and, after an answer that I didn't understand, she removes the sandwich from the counter to put it at the back counter, as if I was going to steal it and says to me "leave sir! ".So the manager and the employee are convinced that it is better to throw a 12" sandwich in the trash than to let go of a customer who feels held hostage. It was no one's fault, but honestly I was insulted by the treatment and waste of time for nothing in the end. Well done Subway Frontenac ???!

C'est un Subway qui est malheureusement pas ouvert tôt le matin, donc pas de café. Le service est bien, les sous-marins excellents. Par contre deux gros points negatifs. Le secteur de la ville, parfois il y a du drôle de monde. Un point encore pire, les prix. À 23$ (taxes incluses) pour un trio sous-marin 12" avec biscuits, ça n'a aucun sens. Aucun sens! Imaginez, vous y allez avec votre blonde et sortez de là avec une facture de 46$ pour des sous-marins. On finira par parler au passé de cet endroit si les prix ne sont pas ajustés.
