The dark skin woman is always rude… I usually don’t mind, but this time she started to make remarks to her other colleagues (which was nice and might of been new, fist time seeing her. she was really nice and really helpful, more lightskin not to get her confused with the rude girl) I just wanted the subway on special and she was saying « how cheap I am and all » it’s really sad cause subway is my favorite fast-food place and since I live right next to there I like to go there but I won’t go anymore because getting disrespected like that is not acceptable

Thank you to Mr. Mansour and Naima for the excellent service we received! I placed a rather large catering order (for 40+ people) and everything was well packed and ready precisely when I had requested it for. The manager (Naima) was lovely and super helpful - she even helped us load up our car. I’m delighted with their efficiency and the quality / freshness of the food was on point. I’m thrilled that I have a new, reliable store where I can place large group orders without stress. Thank you!

The worker here is always rude, it’s fine. I don’t care. Makes the subs with no effort, I have to correct her and ask her to move everything evenly every time. Also fine. I always say thank you, please, using basic manors - she never responds or acknowledges. Just very rude ! Whatever, that’s fine. What’s not fine is her being rude and denying someone water in front of me, the guy was polite, Just asking for a glass of water. I offered to buy it for him. This worker is here every time I’m here and I always let it slide, but after tonight I will not return to this location. That was not okay.

Around 2:40 p.m. Friday, November 8, 2024, I went there to buy a good submarine and I asked him to check the pieces of bread because from experience this story of hard or not fresh bread comes up more and more often.
Without checking properly, he tells me that it is fresh with a cool shit tone, it will be necessary to mention to him that a client is a person who keeps the company going and pays his salary.
When I got home, I bit into my subways and the bread was not soft but a little hard to chew.
Unfortunately, these restaurant chains should focus on how to manage and inspect their sometimes not fresh bread.
The cleanest Subway I've seen, no joke. Clean floors, clean tables, clean prep counter. The clerk was nice.
