The owner also owns the jugo juice. He hires horrible employees who give subpar service. The employee at the subway is always hiding in the back on off hours. The employees at the jugo juice are extremely rude and unprofessional. No one wants to work, and it shows.
Bad food I ordered subway, they didn’t put any sauce and didn’t grilled tossed
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant. I ordered two sandwiches through the app, and when I arrived at the restaurant after half an hour, my order wasn’t ready. The staff's rude behavior led me to request a refund and get my sandwiches elsewhere.
I previously emailed them regarding the refund but received no response. I also spoke with the manager over the phone. Initially, she asked me to come in person for the refund, but when I got there, she claimed to have checked the camera and insisted no one had left without their order. When I asked her to double-check or show me the footage, she refused. What’s more frustrating is that she didn’t even bother asking the crew who was working that day to verify my claim.
During our conversation, the manager first asked to see the receipt on my app, which I showed her. Then she requested to see proof from my bank account showing the money was deducted, which I also provided. Despite all this, she still refused to issue the refund.
This feels like theft. I even called the police to investigate, but by the time they arrived, the manager had already left. While the amount of money isn't significant, it’s important to stop this kind of behavior.

I went here today since I haven’t eaten and was in the emergency with my baby, the guy working apparently he was the manager was extremely rude, and body shamed me. I asked for extra mayonnaise in my salad and he told me that it’s not allowed. I could have 1 like of each sauce but not the whole container of the mayo, even tho I asked only for a few extra lines, I asked for more pickles he ignored. I’ve never been to a subway that denied me sauce and extra veggies

Ordered grilled chicken on Italian with cookies. The bread was so stale and dry, and also the cookies were hard and dry. So expensive for poor quality.
