The employee doesn't speak French and limited English... he doesn't put anything in the sandwiches.. I would say that we eat more bread than anything else compared to the other Subway.. Plus he doesn't support the Subway app do not want us to exchange our points or accumulate them… this restaurant is disappointing I do not recommend it.

There are no staff who speak French, I would have liked someone who would have at least made the effort, but not in the least.Sadly, there was even a mother and her young teenager leaving due to not being understood.The Subway banner should be there!

J’arrive chez moi et je vois qu’il m’a donné au reese… En plus les biscuits goûtent le vieux, comme si ça fait trois jours qu’ils sont dans le présentoir. The toilets were disgusting. Poor customer service. No hello, no smile. The cashier had a hard time understanding what I wanted in my sandwich. Very cold no good day or eye contact. My bread is dry as if it had been left on the counter. I won't go to this Subway again.

The guy seemed completely bored and overwhelmed with Uber orders. Cold soup I ask for a spoon and he gives me a fork I eat on the road so I dare you to eat soup with a fork and what can I say about the toilets it was horribly dirty a toilet butchered by...... the other toilet filled with questionable splashes no soap to wash your hands the sink has not been washed since I don't know when. A place that I will not return

Where I was at the corner of St Michel and Henri Bourassa it was disgusting the girl was very very very stupid she was on her phone for more than 10 minutes I thought she was taking an order no she was chatting during this I was standing waiting for her frankly I should have left and it's the last time and then Subway is expensive for nothing

I wanted to go and place an order at this restaurant and when I was waiting I noticed that the restaurant floor was dirty like all the times I had been. Except today I was waiting to order because there were other customers before me and the service was really long. I noticed that the employee didn't really speak French when serving us while the customer in front of me spoke to him in French. Very often this restaurant often lacks products like today it no longer had cheddar cheese. Another time he was out of mayonnaise and lettuce. Honestly, I will never go to this subway again. I went to the other subway on Maurice Duplessis further away because it was too long and it was dirty inside.
The restaurant clearly says open until 10pm got there at 8:50pm… employee told me her manager Nick says to close early… this restaurant promotes false advertising never going there again.
