A clean and quiet Subway. As soon as you enter, the hygiene of the place is noticed, with cleaned tables and a well-organized space. The staff is welcoming and works with care. The old lady working there wanted to FORCE ME to give my last completed name before picking up my order saying that she could get confused with other exact names as an excuse. I NEVER had any bad experiences before in any Subway's store and I ordered a lot. This is the first time I really felt threatened by a Subway employee. I DON'T have to give this personal information if I don't want to give it out and just having the first letter of last name is enough! The chance that there is a woman with the same exact name and family name ordering at the same exact time and day is literally ZERO. On top of that, my order barely had any of the two sauces I asked for in and she never cut my footlong sandwich in half!!! The service was horrible and I never want to go back in it. I don't have her name but she apparently works there very often and is old.

This used to be my place when I was young to go but unfortunately this place is becoming very expensive . A meal at two can be over 40$ which is very disappointing . There are better alternatives that's cheaper .

The employees are super nice and the service is fast. But the sandwich was crushed, there wasn't enough sauce and the filling was overflowing from the sandwich. I ordered take out and they didn't give me any napkins.

I went to the Subway located at 7519 Bd Maurice-Duplessis to grab a quick Sandwich for myself and my family and I was greeted by an employee who behaved in a rude and impolite manner. She seemed to be having a bad day and made no effort to hide her displeasure. Worse still, I heard she was speaking badly about her coworkers to another employee, which is unacceptable for a professional workplace. She seemed like she was under the influence of something, her attitude was aggressive and her behavior was really inappropriate.

Upon placing my order, I was disappointed to find that she did not listen carefully to my requests and gave me an incorrect order. When I informed her of her mistake, she got angry at me aggressively, putting the blame on me, as if it was my fault. She was rude and aggressive the entire time I was in the restaurant. This was extremely disappointing and ruined my experience at Subway.

In conclusion, I do not recommend this particular employee due to his rude, unprofessional and aggressive attitude. It would also be important for Subway to do background checks on their employees to avoid hiring people who might have substance abuse or other issues that could detract from the customer experience. I believe it is important that this particular employee receive training to improve her attitude towards customers. I do not recommend going to Subway located at 7519 Bd Maurice-Duplessis so as not to encounter the same problem.
