I walk into Subway and it’s empty! I wonder why, Javence goes to the counter and says hello the waitress barely raises her head and gives me a stupid hello like it's 2 feet and continues to act as if I wasn't there waiting for her, 2 minutes later she comes to me and stupidly asks what I'm going to take so I ask her for 12 inches of fine herbs and cheese, there aren't any.. well continue the order I take teryaki chicken and I see her take out the scales and the pot start weighing the meat (I know that's the procedure but there are tons of subways where they are careful and put a little more for the customer) but hey I'm not saying anything now to the Vegetable time, Madam follows the instructions of 3 cucumber 3 pickle 3 olives in each 6 inches to the letter and must ask for a normal quantity of sauce! BRIEF ! one of the CHEAPest subways I have seen in my life! Not to mention the dry biscuits which clearly dated from the day before! Respect the instructions on the conservation of biscuits as long as you follow everything to the letter! Cookies not sold at closing are trash or gifts to employees! Never again for me!

Good morning,I very rarely go to your service points for several reasons. But don't worry if it really doesn't work!I ordered 2 rice bowl trios with biscuits and beverage, $41 are you going crazy? We were served half-empty bowls of rice. A bowl of rice with barely 3 micro spoons of rice, I don't understand the madness. We took the crispy chicken and bacon bowls. We were served chicken, barely reheated, it was cold and soft. I took the trouble to ask the waiter to cook it twice but it was cold and soft, the bacon didn't. not even cut into pieces, they served us two slices of direct bacon in a half-empty bowl. I live 2 minutes from the restaurant by the time I get home, it couldn't have changed that much in the dishes. Then the highlight of the show is your biscuits which are clearly not fresh, they were hard and dry. I want to believe that there is inflation but people are laughing at $41 and we barely had anything to eat, it was of poor quality and the quantity is simply absurd! I am angry and very dissatisfied. I can understand that the biscuits harden but the chicken (crispy) which was cold and soft then the quantity which is a children's portion. It just doesn't work if you're charging such a high price to at least try to make it edible.

Usually I have decent service.I always order the same thing online.Today, the employee didn't heat the steak ?. So the steak was not cooked. Very poor service. I won't be going back to this one again, especially at the price a Subway sub costs.

Service and food are good, but very expensive. I went to accompany a person in a wheelchair and found that the vestibule was very small and the second door is on the side! If the waitress hadn't come to help us, it would have been impossible to get in. VERY BAD design. It would certainly not pass the OPHQ recommendations. The layout should be upgraded as quickly as possible!!!
