Don't do business with this subway or subway at all. I placed an order through the Subway app on 25l4/12/24 my order was delivered to the wrong city by doordash. $52 in the trash because neither Subway or Doordash want to refund. It's throwing the ball. Impossible to reach the head office apparently. The manager of the place is also blah because he doesn't want to reimburse. No more subway. Not because it's not good but their customer service is ZERO. do not offer online orders if, as a big company, you are not able to reimburse when there are problems.
The manager of the place, what can I say about him? 🤔🤔 He recognizes his customers very quickly, always smiling, he serves at incredible speed, and with crazy precision. It recognizes your favorite submarine very quickly, without even asking it. I only have good things to say about

Very good sandwich with 8 succulent meatballs (finally back on the menu). But I DO NOT like being forced to add a tip to the bill (10%, 15% or 20%), NO!!!
I eat at Subway very regularly because I work on the road and I can tell you without being wrong that these are probably the worst wraps I have eaten in my life in a Subway.

******Misleading advertising*******
Be careful with Subway advertising received in the mail. See photo of the ad, it’s the subs in the photos that are on sale even though it says “Make your own…. » Friday (8/30/2024), I went with my family thinking of getting a good deal (family size $31.99) and I was really disappointed with the experience. No way to chat with the person there… we wanted chicken subs. I just wanted to avoid the trip and the unnecessary experience for another person.. we ended up at McDonald's ($60) and the children had a great time!!
I don't like giving negative comments but we shouldn't lure us with bad advertising either. Our time is as precious as yours!!!

I ordered a 12 inch and a regalo online, the regalo was discontinued, I didn't even need to complicate my life the guy made me a 6 inch in exchange (since I had still paid for the treat), which I find very fair! The staff is very friendly

Dark place, quite strong cooking smells, service up to the standards of today's youth (as I push you), quantity for the ridiculous price, ridiculously high price, we don't feel that the cooks like it (if we can use this terminology) that we ask them to add one or more additional ingredients. When there are discounts like the latest promotion at $4.99/6 in, that was worth it but otherwise, way too expensive.
