Un service épouvantable par une employée qui m’a mentionné de changer d’endroit si je voulais être traitée comme une princesse alors que je voulais juste être servie poliment. Je suis bien consciente que je ne suis pas chez Toqué mais un minimum de respect serait de mise. Elle m’a mentionné être gérante…une petite leçon de service à la clientèle serait de mise.

I showed up at the store with a $25 gift card and unfortunately no employee was forced to find a way to use it or help me.. thank you for wasting my Subway time.. I left with one very bad experience

The service has gotten so bad at this location. Recently, I came across a super stupid employee, she wanted me to speak English(!), she made my sub in 5 seconds, and she yelled at me when paying! Plus, she told me she was the manager and could do and say whatever she wanted! Wow! When I read the other comments, I understand better now.

Went there at 12 am and the opening hours says open till 2 but the staff said its closed. Very bad

Do not respect the offer on the coupons we receive in the mail. They tell me that although they have chicken, they can't make it, that I have to take the cold meat one or pay full price.
