I ordered a jerk beef bowl (new item). It is written very clearly that it is $12.49. I look at the receipt, and I was charged $16.20 ($14.09 +tx). I point this out to the cashier and he says it's not in his system yet so he charges me the beef and avocado bowl. Of course he can't refund me because he's not a manager, and of course he was alone, and of course when he tried to call anyone who could have done it, no one answered on the phone.I had to pay for the store's mistake. And he didn't even put me in avocado, knowing he was going to charge me for a bowl with avocado.

This place has a secret recipe, ask for the 25 inch mega sub with special sauce, they’ll try to deny it but keep on insisting.

I always have great service but the ingredients are never fresh when it is two employees in particular who work my sandwich was terrible, the waiter put my sandwich in the oven for 10 seconds so everything was cold to realize after all the vegetables are soft/

Les toilettes de cet établissement sont tellement dégueulasse, le robinet coule tout seul, des tuiles de cassées, des traces d'éclaboussures sur la poubelle en stainless, des papier de toilette sur le plancher. Pour moi c'est terminé. Le propriétaire ne prend pas ses responsabilités. Un proberve dit " Si la toilette est propre c'est que le reste suit ".
