WORSE SUBWAY EVER. The portions of vegetables and meat are ridiculously small for a 20$ sub. I had to struggle to find the meat and even thought I asked for extra spinach, I counted maybe 3 leaves. When I went to confront the employee, she just kept saying that this was Subway’s portions and that the manager had seen her make the sandwiches. This is clearly a management problem. No other Subway has ever been this cheap with its portions. Truly sad and extremely angering.

Note that this is clearly an ongoing problem because the employee couldn’t even look me in the eye when I confronted her. When I was leaving, I heard another customer ask for more in his sandwich, but she yet again replied that it was Subway’s portions which is completely false because I’ve never seen such small portions in any of the Subways I’ve went to in the past months.

She couldn’t even give us a cup of water and didn’t even have the keys to the bathroom. Bad portion, no water, no bathroom. This chain seriously needs a change in ownership or management.

Horrendous service. Walked in and the employee acted like I didn’t exist. When I spoke to her she ignored it. They also refuse mobile app orders for no real reason

I ordered a steak and avocado rice bowl. She refused to give me avocado and only put minimal veggies and rice. Bowl was 1/2 full. Bathrooms closed. Bad service.

We placed an order with delivery from this establishment. I followed the order status all the way and noticed that three delivery people had stopped by the restaurant and then left without the order. Finally, when a fourth delivery man arrived near the restaurant, I decided to call this establishment directly to ask questions about my order. A girl with a sleepy voice answered the phone. I asked where my order was. In the background, I could hear the doorbell ringing non-stop. I assumed it was my delivery person trying to collect my order. The girl didn't respond and hung up.

At this point, I had already been waiting for my order for an hour, even though I lived a 10-minute walk from the restaurant and had paid a substantial amount for delivery. Currently I don't know where my money is, if my order is going to arrive, and I have no way to check it, because the app shows a number from another region to reach the delivery person, and in the restaurant there are rude employees who don't do their job and can't even hold a conversation on the phone.

After an hour of waiting, they canceled my order without any explanation.

In addition to this notice, I would like to inform you that I am expecting my refund within the next three weeks.

I stopped by Subway today to pick up my free cookie (such a great birthday perk!) and also ordered the classic BMT sandwich. The sandwich was absolutely delicious—loaded with fresh ingredients and the perfect balance of flavors. The staff was friendly, and my order was ready in no time. Of course, the cookie was a sweet treat to finish things off. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back for more!

NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER ORDER UBER EATS FROM HERE!!! I paid 35$!!!!!!!! For a sandwich that came to me WITHOUT MEAT AND CHEESE?! If I wanted a veggie sandwich I’d order a vegetarian sandwich and not pay for the extra cheese and meat. Not only that, but it took over AN HOUR to get to my place. I called the subway and the lady HUNG UP ON ME?! I work in the service industry and hate being a Karen, but boy does this place deserve nothing more than the dirt under my shoe. If I was able to give 0 stars I would. 🤢🤢

The employees are stupid and hardly speak French. When it came time to make my order the person put very small portions. I had 4 pieces of olive in my sandwich. This is ridiculous.

The food is good but there are not many staff. When I went there, there was only one person doing everything, making the sandwiches, cleaning, collecting the money. I don't blame him for having executed the entire order incorrectly. The second time I went there, there were two people but being a place opposite a College the staff is scarce at dinner time. Attention becomes very slow.

This place will not fulfill online orders or accept discount codes, they just cancel the order before you have the time to think about it. Even if the order comes from their own website! Happened to me 3 times already. They only want walk-in customers and get paid directly with their register.
