the posted closing time was 9 p.m. we were served at 8 p.m. and the person did not allow us to eat in the dining room. I arrived alone with 3 children, it would have taken 15 minutes max to eat there. no sense of customer service. zero kid friendliness

What's going on with the Latino employee? He doesn't like being asked for the toilet key. He doesn't give the receipt at the checkout. He smokes outside while his colleague serves customers behind the counter.
