Oh my god!!! The waitress who works saturday before closing is the worst person i have ever encountered in my entire life!!!and based off the reviews i feel like its the same person!!! IS THE OWNER CHECKING THE RESPUTATION OF HIS PLACE??? I am actually reporting what happenned to me to CORPORATE because its the ruining the whole brand And he needs to check the cameras oh how she treated me and probably thousands of customers. I have nevee felt more humiliated in my entire life SHE SHOULD BE FIRED hundreds of PEOPLE WILL TAKE HER PLACE IN A SECOND WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACE

We ordered online, and were waiting for our orders. When they were ready we went to pick them up, both orders were on the counter.The lady working at the time seemed busy with other customers so we waited until she went to the register.We thought she was going to charge us, but she looked at her computer and waited for about 10 minutes. I kindly asked her if she needed help, if there was a problem with her computer, or with the payment machine.I can understand that she was having a bad day, but I can't understand making us wait 10 minutes without responding, ignoring not only me and the other 3-4 customers. If she was busy I could have understood, but she was just staring at her screen, not speaking, for 10 minutes.After a while, she took our bags and placed them behind her, so we couldn't reach them.(???)Finally another employee came to collect the bags to give them to us.The problem employee didn't say a single word the whole time we were waiting just to pick up the sandwiches, they were already made and paid for!
