The service was absolutely horrible the employees the 2 men very very verbally aggressive and rude.

For the price you have to pay for something off the menu now it's crazy that they also skimp out on how much cheese and meat they put. I'm not going to tell you how to do your job but I know how much is supposed to be on my sandwich...

Order on the app and when i walk in to pick it up they said that the fountain drink machine is broken, then they told me to take a bottle drink instead. So as i was selected my drinks the guy said you can only choose the Pepsi since that what i defaulted to selected in the app. But everyone who orders fountain can always change their minds and select a different flavor. Anyways didn't want to argue since i was already inconveniences. So i told him that this is the last time i order from this location. Beware!

Great service! Delicious sandwich. They were clean and the wonderful lady who served me was so kind, polite, fast and exuded such positive energy. I left the restaurant smiling.

One and done.Sub was soggy and portions are extremely small. It was like a bread sandwich. It also costs $1 more than the subway on St. Charles blvd. which I don't understand.

Probably the grosses subway I've been to. Don't go here, don't waste your money. Stale bread, old lettuce undercooked meats on sandwiches. Olives taste like hot peppers, sandwich wasn't even edible. The best part of my experience here was my bag of chips. Please for the love of God just go somewhere else.

I don’t know what subways is trying to do, but it’s not a build your own sub shop anymore. They have a completely new menu and when you order you are pretty much stuck with what that sandwich is suppose to have. I couldn’t choose my bread, cheese and when I asked to add bacon to it, it was like the end of the world. My boyfriend had asked for a chicken and bacon sandwich on the fine herbs bread, when another guy came over to take over his sandwich and asked my boyfriend what it was, the guy almost restarted the sandwich because it wasn’t “following the recipe”. When my boyfriend said he wanted a different kind of cheese, the guy was trying to push the cheese that was “suppose to be on it”. And don’t get me started on the quantity of what they put on. They meats are practically nothing and the veges are sprinkled on. My sandwich was meant to have crispy onions and the person gave me a pinch of them. I think I might’ve tasted it once while eating. For two twelve inch trios it came out to $60!!! I might as well have gone to a proper restaurant. After looking at my bill it seemed like they charged the drinks and cookies extra.

They said I couldn't pick what vegetables I want. I didn't want tomatoes. I got 4 small pieces of chicken on my 6in. 29$ for two 6 in sandwich and 1 trio is way too expensive.Definitely never stopping there again.

I passed by today for a trio and just when I arrived home I realized no guacamole was added (and it is supposed to come in the steak wrap) I eat that particular wrap because I love guacamole. Was not my lucky day even though the employee was very nice
