This is a very bad subway place no special instructions followed and for the salad they did give me a spon of onions and tomato instead of what i ordered the beans and corn and the wrap was cold ice i don't recommend this place at all

Went to the closest Subway after placing an order for take out. This location has ruined my trust in the company as they gave me the wrong sandwiches from what I ordered. The detailed bill was easy to understand as I asked for two different sandwich choices. What bothers me more is paying for a more expensive sandwich and never getting what I wanted. This is not the first time this happens at this location. Sadly this will be the last one. Avoid this location!

There’s always just 1 rude employee, they don’t fill the sandwiches, there’s literally like 2 places to sit, they don’t offer water anymore and there is literally no parking close by. You have to park in a residential street and walk around 5 min just to get there.

The girl there put only 2 cucumbers slices on my sandwich and looked at me weirdly when I wanted more like hello???? Ugh AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Literally so freaking rude I give this place a zero! They will be hearing from my lawyer!

This subway has gone down hill so bad.. they put the smallest amount of toppings and make it seem like a crime to ask them to put more. We pay enough for these sandwiches especially since inflation for them to give 2 pieces of green pepper. Do not go to this location save your money.

I wouldn't put 0 but considering I just saw an employee there manipulate money with her gloves. I told to change gloves and she shrugged me off and refused to. Unacceptable and unsanitary

I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this Subway location (7420 Sherbrooke West, Montreal).
I ordered two 6-inch white bread sandwiches:
1. One with chicken, bacon, cheese, and barbecue sauce
2. One with chicken, ham, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, and mustard sauce
That’s it — nothing extra. But I was charged $25.68, which is outrageous.
When I went back to ask about the price, the staff (an Indian woman) just said “it’s correct” without giving any explanation. I didn’t argue at the time because of my son's lesson, but the more I think about it, the more absurd this feels.
To make things worse, she barely heated the bread — just 1 or 2 seconds — and the sandwiches were lukewarm and poorly made.
Subway needs to seriously look into this store. Overcharging customers and providing careless service is unacceptable. I demand a clear explanation, a refund, and proper action taken against this kind of behavior.
I will never go back to this location. Ever. And I will definitely be sharing this experience with my friends and neighbors so they can avoid the same mistake.

Plz avoid this place. They close whenever they feel like it even if it says online and on the door that it closes at 9pm. I showed up at 7pm and they said it was closed, what?!. When it comes to doing ur sandwich they are very cheap and will count the spinach leaves to the unit, it is absolutely ridiculous. If you can please go to the one on Monkland
