Literally stole from us. Accepted Uber order, waited for driver ti show up then called us and made us cancel and be charged. We told them the merchant has to cancel and they refuse. This is a offensively corrupt location.

The 2 young girls working tonight (may 15th 2025) have disgusting attitudes and should be talked to about it. What happened was a family of 3 had coupons each and were trying to use them, the girls were very rude and impatient the whole interaction. By the time it was time to pay, the daughter didn’t have enough money and both girls got super frustrated and one literally threw out the sandwich in the garbage and stormed off. Very disappointing. You never know what people are going through, and you should always be nice and accommodating. I understand if you had a long day or whatever the case is, but you don’t treat people like that regardless. A lady in front of myself offered to pay the balance for the family. Shame on them.

Just ordered off Uber…ordered a rotisserie chicken sub and they forgot the literal CHICKEN in the sub 😩 I got an all veg sandwich instead :(

The absolute worst customer service experience ever. I paid for my order online but the owner said that he did not receive the order. He refused to give me any food or to try and resolve the problem. I showed him my transaction ID from my online order and proof that I paid for the food, but he still refused to assist me in any way and threatened to call the police and told me to leave. Absolutely horrendous.
When I went to another Subway, they told me that this owner is likely trying to scam the system by collecting money for online orders, but saying he didn't receive them.
