The absolute worst customer service experience ever. I paid for my order online but the owner said that he did not receive the order. He refused to give me any food or to try and resolve the problem. I showed him my transaction ID from my online order and proof that I paid for the food, but he still refused to assist me in any way and threatened to call the police and told me to leave. Absolutely horrendous.
When I went to another Subway, they told me that this owner is likely trying to scam the system by collecting money for online orders, but saying he didn't receive them.

Stay away at all costs! This restaurant location is very dirty and is quite filthy. Food and garbage all over the tables and floors. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere. The manager also lacks professionalism!

Old toppings, frozen lettuce and tomatoes are like mush. Staff are not paying attention. They are distant, they make mistakes, they are on the phone all the time. The ovens are discusting. The App is a scam. I tried twice, and the payment goes through, but the manager radu says he didnt get the payment. Theives ! Do not go there. Theres one down the street which is way better and cleaner with better friendlier staff.

The building is pretty old but it doesn't change my experience! I love the retro vibe it gives, the employees are very kind and they fill the sandwiches as you wish! I come here frequently for the cubano croquant. It's one of my favourite subs.
Vegetarian options: They have the veggie patty.
Parking: Lots of parking!
Kid-friendliness: They serve kids meals and are worth the price.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a reserved spot for wheelchair accessibility.

WOrST SUBWAY EVER !!!! Employee is rude and aggressive ! Made an order online for a veggie delight salad with extra lettuce and extra toppings I sent my partner to Pick up the salad and when he brought it home there was barely anything in the bowl. So I called the store to let them Know this is not what I ordered and I will Come to rectify my order the girl told me she was closed ( it was 9:43 restaurant closes at 10) I told her I would be there in 5 mins. Went to the store and she roughly handed me a salad she made I kindly asked her to remake it infront of me. She then proceed with more attitude. When she was done and it was time to leave I asked her for her Name and she refused and was waving her hand at me to leave and hit me on the face. This is unprofessional and not okay.
