And what's more, he refused to put anything other than salad and tomato in my sub, saying that it wasn't the recipe for this sub...Subway Canada is doing something with this franchise!

The service is good, nothing to say. On the other hand, when it's the gentleman with the tattoo on his arm who works, you pay for crumbs. I ask for a salad, he puts some lettuce at the bottom, puts 3 tomatoes, puts 6 cucumbers. The sauce I didn't even have enough for the lettuce to be mixed with the sauce. I ask for an extra steak, he puts half a spoon. I pay extra for half a spoon. A $20 salad that's worth $8.Otherwise all the other employees are impeccable, generous, understand the salad concept.

I have never had such a horrible experience in a restaurant even less a subway.

My friends and I were just trying to eat here after-school. We were trying to order and the lady who was "manager" was really rude and telling us to be quiet when we were speaking in a normal tone. She then later proceeds to tell us to clean up when we're done if as were d*** teenagers who don't have manners ! The person making the food was so rude and didn't even really acknowledge us properly. As well as giving us rude looks as if we were wild animals ! Worst most disrespectful service...never going back again!
