I ordered churros and first I saw she dipped them in sugar before warming them… which isn’t normal then proceeded to dip it in sugar again after warming the churros. When she gave it to me it was very hard to even bite it. I bit it and the churros was bitter … never buying from them again!! Maybe it was cuz she dipped it in sugar before but I guess we’ll never know

I’ve never seen a subway like that in my life.
Staff doesn’t speak french / very little English
Sent me to ANOTHER subway telling me she never received my order. (I called via the app and it rang in the store)

Horrible service. Rude and they barely put any cheese. Wouldn't put rice into sandwichs all though other places would.
Save yourself the misery of ordering from here. Absolutely horrible customer service. Personally insulting and humiliating will never go back. Everyone in the queue behind me walked away because of the attendants rude behaviour. Management needs to do something

Poor Customer Service and they don't know how to respect the customer. Subway Owner Joshua called me and he was giving me all the excuses that he is unable to find employees these days. He never accepted his store employee mistake and even he was doing continuous argument on the phone.One of the worst Subway came across in my life who are good in providing horrible customer service. They are good at laughing customers, disrespectful to the customers.

My "Steakeurant" sandwich was excellent but a 12 inch sandwich with 2 cookies and a fountain drink for $25 I find it too expensive ???
