Extremely rude staff, the Lady don’t know how to behave with customers and it looks like she don’t care at all. Have ordered online, and they made it wrong and heavily skimped on quantity. Definitely not coming back.

Be careful with your payments. They charge you twice on your credit card. It happened to me, and I showed them the two charges on my app: they said they couldn't see it in the system. It's clearly theft. In summary, the management is disastrous and needs to be reviewed.
The server, instead of serving you because you are the first, makes you wait while serving those who arrived after you

We ordered online. The order was not exact and the person was unapologetic. It wasn't busy at all, so I'm not sure what happened. More than likely won't be returning.

This was a horrific experience.

The lady who is behind the counter needs to be fired for a lack of social skills.

I placed an Uber pick-up order, received the notification it was ready, and went to pick it up.

Not only was it not ready, she yelled at me to go to the back of the line, failed at making the food correctly.

Worse even added cross contamination of sauces and peppers that weren't supposed to be there.

Smashed the sandwiches as flat as she could.

To be honest, you would get better service from a pigeon than her.

I will never eat at that subway again, and with the lack of satisfactory response from head office, I will not be eating at Subway again.

There are great options such as Mr. Sub, firehouse sub, quiznos, and Tim Hortons.

At least they talk to you like you are a human and not a worthless piece of work they have to do.

She needs to find a new job where you don't have to help people.

There was no long line and I felt as though I was being pushed along. The man behind the counter asked me if I wanted white cheddar cheese as he is literally already putting the cheese on the wrap. He then asked if I wanted it toasted and I said no. He toasted it anyways. He was asking if I wanted vegetables again as he is already putting them on my wrap. Thankfully I have no allergies and was able to have everything he decided I wanted on my wrap. The wrap was crumbling as I ate it and was tough to eat. Extremely disappointed with this subway experience and will never going back.

Terrible Customer Service – Completely Unacceptable Behavior

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Subway location. While we were in the middle of ordering, the staff member began yelling at us in a very rude and aggressive manner, which was completely uncalled for.

To make things worse, she stopped preparing our sandwiches halfway through to go make a delivery order—without any explanation or apology—leaving us just standing there. This showed a total lack of respect for customers.

Communication was also a major issue. The employee spoke unclearly, making it very difficult to understand anything she said, which added even more frustration to the situation.

Subway, as a global brand, should hold its staff to a higher standard of customer service. I sincerely hope management takes action to address this behavior and provides proper training to ensure customers are treated with basic respect.

I placed a mobile order at Subway 30 minutes before arriving, with two friends. When I arrived, only two orders were ready. The waitress told us that she had not received the third, despite our proof of order and the confirmation email.
After ignoring our request and serving other customers, she finally found our order form on the floor and apologized. However, instead of immediately preparing our order (which was 30 minutes late), she said in-store customers took priority over mobile orders.
Result: we had to wait even longer. Disorganized service and lack of consideration for customers who order in advance. Very disappointing!

The woman in the kitchen is super efficient but when there are a lot of people you absolutely need an extra employee and it’s not possible to leave her alone!
