I placed a mobile order at Subway 30 minutes before arriving, with two friends. When I arrived, only two orders were ready. The waitress told us that she had not received the third, despite our proof of order and the confirmation email. After ignoring our request and serving other customers, she finally found our order form on the floor and apologized. However, instead of immediately preparing our order (which was 30 minutes late), she said in-store customers took priority over mobile orders. Result: we had to wait even longer. Disorganized service and lack of consideration for customers who order in advance. Very disappointing!
