Worst experience ever. I am a vegetarian and I just requested the staff to change the gloves before making my order and they asked me to go end of the line and there were around 5-6 people behind me.The very next day I went there and i was alone with someone in front of me ordered meat sub. I ordered my meal she did not change gloves and i requested her again and here was I am not touching anything rn, even though she added cabbage to my meal with those old gloves.Well done subway. This is how you respect your customers who have some specific food needs

But if the sandwitch doesn't correspond to what I asked for, there's no point in going quickly. the tomatoes are in puree because they are no longer fresh and the oncumbers are so soft as if they had been frozen and defrosted. All soft and not good. In the past the service was great (even employees) and food quality too. Very disappointed with the downward change and the $ upwards. I won't go anymore, it's no longer worth it and not pleasant. You have the means to get back on the right path, it just takes a minimum of willpower!
