I bought six cookies from this subway, got home and tried them. First of all, it was extremely dry with no sweetness at all. Secondly there was a bizarre taste, something similar to chemicals like dish soap or laundry detergent. The taste was lingering on every single cookie. I don’t know what it is and I don’t want to know. When I first bit into it I couldn’t believe what I was experiencing. I’m furious and disappointed, this store has a substantial hygiene problem that needs to be resolved in any way possible. The staff, the atmosphere and overall experience is overwhelmingly terrible.

Now I'm hungry and I tell myself that a Subway sandwich would be good. But while I'm next door, I remember my last lousy experience at this franchisee. Not friendly, don't speak French, I witnessed arguments with customers while I was eating.

Poor service, while waiting for my order I wanted to use the toilets it was blocked when I asked the guy he told me I'm washing, I insisted and he insisted too, I was shocked, Fortunately I wasn't in such a hurry inhumane , poorly educated!!. One question: we prepare sandwiches while washing the toilets…? Hygiene is a bit weird… :(

Just went at 1:05pm october 9th 2024, she's too busy on her phone instead of serving me when I'm all alone. When she finally came to serve me, she looked so angry,"like a death stare". I was feeling extremely uncomfortable while She was making my sandwich. All i can say is, change your staff!. Very embarrassing for your store!!!

Subway at blvd SAt-Laurent is not a good representation of Subway. The employee was in the back and I had to get his attention to get served. I ordered two sandwiches - first one, no problem. The flatbread was horrible because he didn’t roll it and cut it in half - he folded it like a taco (?).

Je suis aller pour commander un sandwich la fille n’était pas certaine comment le faire ça a pris énormément de temps, je suis aller à la salle de bain j’étais choquée de la saleté il y avait même des insectes l’odeur incroyable je n’ai pas pu utiliser la salle de bain tellement c’était deguelasse ça en dit long sur la propreté de l’établissement. A éviter complètement

I tried the new Steak Chimichurri sandwich and it was good, I was not disappointed. I ate there, the service was courteous and fast. The cleanliness of the place was not the best, but I arrived during a rush.
