Got me through many a finals week. One time I was here and I actually don’t remember a very eventful thing that happened so I think I’ll make something up. Obama walked in and we were all like woah what are you doing here! And he went up to the counter and asked for his favorite cookie the subway chocolate chip cookie. The server gladly handed it to him then Obama went into the submarine and said ‘ok. Time to save America’ then he signed off on a bunch of war crimes

Wanted a sandwich at 8:10PM, their hours say they are open until 9PM. When I got there they said were closing and couldn’t serve me. 50 minutes before closing. Either their hours are completely wrong or misleading, or the guy working was trying to get out of his paid shift early.

Angry/ hungry university kids come and go. But this store has maintained their service to cater to the needs for the hangry ones over the years.

The store had a nice location specially with a convenience store right next to it. The food was prepared in a super professional way by the guy over there, Fadi, who was also really friendly and gave us also free cookies because we were first timers and all with a huge smile on his face which made us feel at home 😀

Good food. i have been there a couple of times while they are cutting the meat. It makes it a whole other experience. If you ask the staff for fresh meat they are happy to make your sandwich with it. Breakfast time is great too. The worker actually took the time to memorize my sandwich over time now all I say is the usual please. Must try for the interior of the store too. unique place 5 starts.

Tring to find the place was abit wierd. The entrance was somewhat hidden, but that added to the fun. The atmosphere is pretty good, and sometimes, they play cool music. The staff was very cooperative. They had the guy with the glasses and the short guy, who were fun to talk to. Definitely coming back.

very poor customer service skill from the short guy,. the guy literally respond rude back, no manner also they dont speak french which MANDATORY sorry not sorry but when you re acting foolish toward customers imma be a karen and go by the rule yeap

Service is subpar, special requests are ignored or contested, ingredients are often missing, and the hours are not reliable, as this Subway has always closed before its listed time, but now, whether it is 5 minutes before or 1h or more, seems to depend on the day. Despite the many shortcomings, this subway felt convenient enough for a while, but the service has taken a turn for the worse, particularly with the random closing time. I give it a 1 specifically because there is no point in a convenient meal, which is also expensive, if once you need it you have to cross your fingers twice, first hoping its open at the time it says it would, second that they get your meal right (particularly concerning for diet restriction).
