Extremely slow service. The Arab guy working there is very rude. He seems annoyed by the sinple existence of customers and is trying to o pressure them into ordering quickly and not ask questions. Unacceptable, will never come back

Subway is a very good company. I came to this branch today for lunch after hearing about the reputation of this company. What I saw was that their staff behaved very badly and they served the food very late and the quality of the food was very bad which is not what we can say in Canada. The staff's behavior is very bad....I hope the Subway management will look into this matter...

This was the worst experience I’ve had at Subway during the evening shift. The male employee working at night was extremely rude, disrespectful, and acted as if he was annoyed by the customers. He is from Middle East (Arab) He touched the food without gloves, kept using his phone while preparing my order, and had no concern for hygiene at all. On top of that, he started shouting and raising his voice for no reason. The level of service and cleanliness was completely unacceptable. I really hope management takes action immediately.

By far the best subway location in the country. The staff here are the most friendly and genuine people. I regularly come 2 times a week with friends and they have memorized our orders and are always so generous. This place makes me love the sandwiches even more!
It’s a hidden gem close to campus where there aren’t many food options around up the hill. Every time I’ve been, one of the staff members, which I suspect might be the owner, always welcomed me with a smile. Very kind and great service :)

Please retrain or relocate your employee who worked there during 2025 August 25 (Monday) 3 pm to 3.30 pm. The service and food is horrible compared to his colleague’s.
This employee disappeared from the counter for about 10 minutes. I waited patiently until he decided to show up but he seemed irritated when finding out there’s a customer. I ordered the ham and egg sandwich, then he started preparing the food without asking me which cheese, sauce and vegetables I wanted. He stuffed the sandwich only with ham and egg and tried to wrap it until I stopped him. Then he forced a smiled and asked me “is it okay?”……of course it was not okay!! I am NOT paying 5 dollars for two over cooked breads and 1 slice of ham with half an egg.
Really, considering that this shop is at the center of 3 McGill facilities and students come here all the time, retrain this employee or relocate him somewhere else or he is really bad for business. Imagine if I were a new student just got in town and got scared away about how lousy Subway is and never come again.
