Please retrain or relocate your employee who worked there during 2025 August 25 (Monday) 3 pm to 3.30 pm. The service and food is horrible compared to his colleague’s.
This employee disappeared from the counter for about 10 minutes. I waited patiently until he decided to show up but he seemed irritated when finding out there’s a customer. I ordered the ham and egg sandwich, then he started preparing the food without asking me which cheese, sauce and vegetables I wanted. He stuffed the sandwich only with ham and egg and tried to wrap it until I stopped him. Then he forced a smiled and asked me “is it okay?”……of course it was not okay!! I am NOT paying 5 dollars for two over cooked breads and 1 slice of ham with half an egg.
Really, considering that this shop is at the center of 3 McGill facilities and students come here all the time, retrain this employee or relocate him somewhere else or he is really bad for business. Imagine if I were a new student just got in town and got scared away about how lousy Subway is and never come again.

Had a horrible experience at this subways. The was this middle eastern guy (Arab) working behind the counter. As I approached the counter to order. The Arab guy starts to make me wait for 5 mins while he’s writing something on paper. He didn’t prioritize or acknowledge I was there. As I got to the end, he didn’t even put my food inside the bag. As I was filling up my cup to choose which beverage I want to take. I begin to sit down and eat. The Arab guy starts to tell me I can’t sit here. I told him you never told me plus you never put my food inside the bag. He start to began rise his voice and tells me to get out. I told him paid for this meal. I have every right to be there. I said I’m making a formal complaint… avoid this subways. Especially if you see the Arab guy behind the counter

Got me through many a finals week. One time I was here and I actually don’t remember a very eventful thing that happened so I think I’ll make something up. Obama walked in and we were all like woah what are you doing here! And he went up to the counter and asked for his favorite cookie the subway chocolate chip cookie. The server gladly handed it to him then Obama went into the submarine and said ‘ok. Time to save America’ then he signed off on a bunch of war crimes

Wanted a sandwich at 8:10PM, their hours say they are open until 9PM. When I got there they said were closing and couldn’t serve me. 50 minutes before closing. Either their hours are completely wrong or misleading, or the guy working was trying to get out of his paid shift early.

I have been a regular at this Subway for the past 5 years. The servers are generally disciplined, and care for the customers.
Angry/ hungry university kids come and go. But this store has maintained their service to cater to the needs for the hangry ones over the years.
Special shoutout to Fadi, Mr. Short King. He keeps the place lively.

The store had a nice location specially with a convenience store right next to it. The food was prepared in a super professional way by the guy over there, Fadi, who was also really friendly and gave us also free cookies because we were first timers and all with a huge smile on his face which made us feel at home 😀

Good food. i have been there a couple of times while they are cutting the meat. It makes it a whole other experience. If you ask the staff for fresh meat they are happy to make your sandwich with it. Breakfast time is great too. The worker actually took the time to memorize my sandwich over time now all I say is the usual please. Must try for the interior of the store too. unique place 5 starts.
