I usually never leave reviews because inconveniences like missing ingredients or any order mistakes can be fixed on the spot {or otherwise later), but this is a first to me.
Not sure what went on there with the brocoli soup, it wasn't creamy at all. Asked if something went wrong and was told it was normal. I just threw it in the trash. Sub was on par with how it's supposed to taste like in a subway, though it felt like they were very sparse with meat compared to other Subways.
Friend who works at a Subway near my place confirmed this was indeed abnormal.
They don't take coupons. Because it's not working...
Everytime I go there, there's something wrong with my food. And I go because its close to my place. Today, I asked for bbq sauce, but its not in the subway? So dry... how can this happen... last time they put cheese when I'm allergic and specified no cheese. Honestly every time I've gone the past 10 times there was something wrong with my order.
I must remind myself never to go to this Subway again. Every single time is a disappointment.
The guy always seems annoyed I am disturbing his rest when I order.
Putting an order online is useless, because he chills in the back until I arrive 15 minutes later, then I have to tell him there's an order... he checks the system, and THEN starts. It's been like this every time.
And - unless we watch closely, they put a lot less vegetables than other places.
Ordered online: staff checked card payment thoroughly to make sure its the right customer to prevent fraud (Don't judge, because you don't know what they went through). On the positive side, it guarantees you nobody gonna use your online account and spend on your behalf nor would a random stranger be able to pick up your sub.
As for Food, its fresh and tasty. I do prefer the food quality of this store over the one on Bélanger street. 🤓
If I could be negative I would have done so! I'm making an Uber order for a grilled chicken sandwich. (I ask that you add as much cucumber as possible because it's my favorite vegetable).
I get my sandwich. No chicken in the first part. And in the other teriyaki chicken (I hate it). But the most frustrating thing, there is no cucumber... I looked at the bill to make sure I had left a special note. And yes the note was there.
I called the restaurant to find out what happened. The waiter pretended not to find my order. When I raised my voice and was a little more firm he explained to me that he had thrown everything away and that it was too late to cut vegetables and take out chicken (the order was sent at around 10:45 p.m. and the trade closed at midnight). Nice joke! He didn't even notify Uber that there was no more food so I can't even get a refund!
I sincerely hope that you will do something (the restaurant)!! You stole $25 from me.

went there it was crowded but the workers were working fast and finished orders quickly food was clean and really tasty and generous i recommend it if you want a good quick meal g

They told me it's closed even though there were almost 30 minutes left
The employee named Amine was very rude. They wouldnt give me my online order that was already paid for. they asked to see the card used. no problem with that but nothing stated that before ordering. i went there just to pick up. i didnt have the card on me. The employee were accusing me of fraud or something. i asked for a refund and a proof or refund. Amine couldnt give me the proof of refund and started being very rude saying its not his problem. Overall 0 star for service. No wonder why the restaurant is always empty. Choose your people better
