i work next door so i come there on my break every time
one time i left a small tip and a lady working there gave me like 3 extra cookies
one time i was short on 2$ and the guy put the rest on the house which was really sweet
Not to mention how theyre always so generous and respectful and always smile, i noticed they’re very nice in between collegues, like when teaching each other how things work in the store. ive never been to a better subway than this and i ll keep coming there every time im on my break ?

I paid 16$ for a sub just to get sick from it. Hygiene practices look questionable.

I complain because the 2 employees do not provide access to the toilet. The 2 employees say that there is no water, unfortunately, I am an aqueduct employee for the city of Montreal. So, there is water and access to toilets for customers is a right.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Everything I asked to order, the girl said was not available, that they didn't have the ingredients and goes to show me a few slice of cold cuts and like 2 tomatoes and a few slices of cheese. I went on to express my dissatisfaction that they have a menu but nothing on it to offer the clients and she went on to say it wasn't her problem. I am absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the employee and the way that this subway is managed.
Do not waste your time, go eat somewhere else

I visited to purchase a combo, but the experience was disappointing. There was only one employee present, and he was seated at a table, talking on the phone—on a personal one was unclear. He spoke only in French and continued his phone conversation while serving me, which led to a confusing interaction.

The bread and cookies were not entirely fresh, and the bathroom facilities were in disrepair—the dish soap dispenser was broken off the wall, as was the faucet.

Overall, the visit was shocking and I won't be returning.

The place says it closes at 11 , the guy has the door locked at 10:45 and laughs and shakes his head when you knock and remind of the hours ... If you don't want business after nine then say so . So much for brand image and customer service #

An absolute disaster. Incompetent staff that appears to be always in-training, old ingredients, and generally don't-give-a-damn approach. I remember this place 7-8 years ago when it was worthy of a sandwich.
