I had a great experience at this Subway location! The food was fresh and made exactly how I wanted it. I especially want to compliment Preeti—she was incredibly polite, patient, and attentive. Her friendly attitude made the visit even better. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customer service. Thanks, Preeti! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Subway is a trusted brand in Canada, however this franchise is poorly managed at best. Few weeks back I ordered sandwiches that were available on the uber eats menu, but when the order was delivered a sandwich was substituted for another without any communication from the restaurant. Disappointing, but perhaps an honest mistake/low stock. No problem. However, when another order was made at a later date via uber eats - I received a phone call outside of the uber app. The call was from the restaurant saying they did not have this type of sandwich (same issue for orders weeks apart) and then the worker suggested the same substitute that was poorly done for the previous order. It was then that I asked why the item is on the menu, and why this has not been corrected even though it is obviously an issue they are aware of and poorly accommodating. I asked to cancel to order if they don’t have half the order in stock as this is false advertising. The worker insisted cancellation on her side via the uber app was not possible, which is not true as this has been done by other establishments in the past for errors on their end (ie: the hours are incorrect/out of stock). The worker also insisted I keep the order and just pick something else. This is not an acceptable solution and bad business at best, not to mention deceptive and negligent. I spoke to uber support asap and uber refunded the order no problem. Montreal has lots of wonderful local restaurant options so take your money elsewhere.

I ordered two subways with extra vegges and extra sauce but got disappointed! The girl there is not ready to listen at all, she just wanna go home early so did everything so fast and wrong too!!! Very bad experience 👎🏻

Samira and Sharmeen are the best subway workers I've met. They always great me with a smile, remember my order and are very quick with their service. They go above and beyond the bare minimum and I keep coming back because they offer excellent service. One of the best subway's I've visited :)

The customer service is terrible .
The vegetables are wilted , dry and old meaning that they don’t change them very often .
The server did not change her gloves while she was making someone else’s order ( she touched the cash and the stapler and still went back to making their order ) . Furthermore , the vegetables ,despite having their own designated bowls, were all getting mixed up because of the employees carelessness ( brown tomates and wilted cucumbers were in the onion and spinach bins) . If you plan on ordering food on Uber eats or DoorDash :DONT . If you plan on eating in : Don’t . For your own health and safety avoid this place .

Refused to honour the 6 free cookie promotional coupon that came from buying a $30 gift card in December. On Jan 26th 2025, the South East Asian worker was clueless, the other lady kept yelling at me that I must redeem the 6 cookies on the same day and at the store I purchased the gift card even if the expiry says Jan 31st. I told her there was no way to do so as I purchased the gift card on the Subway website and the digital coupon said to scan at register.
They refused to help me and turned their backs on me.

I ordered via Uber, it was the worst subs I have ever eaten in my life... None of the instructions for my order were respected, plus the addition of foods that I specifically did not want not with my food, I got sick.
