I was welcomed by two staff members. The young man absolutely deserves 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️was truly friendly and kind❤️. He informed me that the oven wasn’t working, but thanks to his warm smile😀, reassuring gestures, and professional attitude, I immediately said it wasn’t a problem. He was very helpful and knew how to handle unexpected situations calmly.

On the other hand, the young woman with him was much less pleasant🤬. She spoke as if she were the manager,🤬🤬 made unfriendly facial expressions😒, and despite there being many customers, she walked into the kitchen!!!!, which gave the impression of some disorganization. I’d give her -2 stars if I could

Lazy people who hate working. One sandwich took about five minutes because of how slow the staff was. They're also very stingy with stuffing, veggies and even the dressing.
Will not go back...

I take a 30 min walk to come specifically to this Subway for lunch time. I visit this location 3-4x per month. The main reason? Colleen. She is the hands-on employee who is running a tight ship. Very friendly and customer oriented.
