Visit on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 6:30 PM I was welcomed by two staff members. The young man absolutely deserves 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️was truly friendly and kind❤️. He informed me that the oven wasn’t working, but thanks to his warm smile😀, reassuring gestures, and professional attitude, I immediately said it wasn’t a problem. He was very helpful and knew how to handle unexpected situations calmly.
On the other hand, the young woman with him was much less pleasant🤬. She spoke as if she were the manager,🤬🤬 made unfriendly facial expressions😒, and despite there being many customers, she walked into the kitchen!!!!, which gave the impression of some disorganization. I’d give her -2 stars if I could

I take a 30 min walk to come specifically to this Subway for lunch time. I visit this location 3-4x per month. The main reason? Colleen. She is the hands-on employee who is running a tight ship. Very friendly and customer oriented.
