I tried to call numerous times to place a catering order. They answered after at least 6 calls without answer. Then i’m told 2 times that the boss will call me back the same day. As you can guess I wasn’t called back and I never had the chance to place my order. Really terrible customer service. If i could put 0 star I would

Ordered 2 steak and cheese in weekend. In fact since there were 30% off deal we ordered from this store at least 5 times in the past weeks. For this deal it’s buy one get one deal and for the second order, we had been only given one with a chicken. Another one we can’t even tell what meat was in it. We didn’t see cheese either. From the color the meat is not beef definitely. We went there again, shop refused to redo the order, with a few reason a. saying that’s too expensive, b. saying they viewed camera and believed dark meat was used, c. saying the order is not mixed up. But we are affirmative that the meat is different between two day’s order. We think they are very irresponsible.

This Subway gave me a very unpleasant experience, and I won't come back. The store was very noisy when I arrived, and their staff was playing board games. I was shocked that they could play board games while working. I have never been to a restaurant where the staff can play board games while working. Then, the staff made my sandwich while chatting with friends. They also placed the wrong sauce and forgot to give me the cookies. A very poor experience and I won't be returning.

We arrived at the restaurant quite late, and it was crowded. Only one girl was running around, taking care of everything. She was very patient with my parents, sweet, and beautiful. The food was very fresh. Thank you! ?

The manager/owner is rude, probably racist too, I came on April 6th around 2:40. They had no bread of any kind ready. Given that its a sandwich place I ask if I go with the wrap can I be compensated which he refused. So i at this point I was going with the wrap and the owner kicked me out although no altercation happened. The manager of this branch is arrogant and has no professionalism. I come to eat a sandwich knowing that it is a sandwich shop, they tell me that all they have is wraps/bowls. After a while, I end up taking the wrap, but I ask for compensation, he refuses, so at this point the Preston employee asks me if I still want the wraps and I accept, but the owner is angry that a black student dared to ask for compensation ended up throwing me out, even though we didn't have an altercation after he refused, in short there are plenty of better options on the snow coast to save your money

Worst customer service I have ever seen, I ordered a sandwich from this restaurant they sent me a loaf as hard as a stone, they didn't want to know anything more at least we understand the bad reviews amply deserved, avoid this restaurant at all costs
