I find it a shame to give two stars, but I could even have given only one… I tried to contact them on multiple occasions by telephone (voicemail each time), by email (at least twice), through their website (initially), as well as through Messenger (at least twice as well), but I NEVER got a response; not even an acknowledgment of receipt. Too bad, I would have really liked to try this company that I had found and chosen for a special event after extensive research! I don't know if this is a unique experience, but I think it's still a relevant warning.

The communication needs to be improve. Lots of misunderstanding.They even deliver to the wrong door which I specifically told them where to meet me online and on the phone.The cake was alright though. Looks nice. I got chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream.
