Straight up the worst sushi I’ve had in Montreal, and that’s a very low bar. The restaurant also smelled horrible. They press the rice down way too much and it becomes one glutinous mass.
The sweet potato was still raw! My takeout order of two rolls took 30 minutes, while there were no customers, and the sweet potato tempura was still raw…
The tempura flakes in the “mini kamikaze” roll (which was $9!!) could only be described as disgusting. I’ve never tasted tempura flakes like that before. And I couldn’t even taste the fish.
I don’t know why their reviews are so high… save your money and go somewhere else.

I ordered takeout. The fish quality was good, unfortunately the sashimi was very thinly sliced relative to the price and other sushi restaurants. Same applies to the maki rolls I ordered. Great taste, but a bit pricey for portion.

Before was a good place for sushi. Now it’s tiny , sticky and bad taste food. Fried sushi even more disgusting. Unfortunately… It’s sad to loose tasty and trusted place.
