The sushis are decent but the employees’ attitude is unwelcoming and distasteful. Also, don’t think that because a customer doesn’t “look” asian, they can’t understand what you’re saying and don’t know that you’re criticizing them right in front of their faces. Obviously this is a casual food counter and an irreproachable service shouldn’t be expected, but having manners and being kind cost absolutely nothing.

The food is ok for a quick on-the-go sushi.However, the service is honestly terrible. They try extremely hard to dissuade you from ordering anything not already prepared, even if not much is available (when I did order something off the menu, they tell me that I will need to wait 15-20 minutes, which is unreasonable considering I tried to avoid rush hours and they were not busy).Last time I went (which will be the last time ever), the main cashier manipulated my order and made me think I asked for something completely different. When I tried to explain very politely, her attitude was hateful and was clearly speaking negatively about me in a foreign language with her colleagues.Nope thank you...I'll definitely go somewhere else.

Terrible service! The lady made me pay extra to have salmon in my sushi even though it was already included in the price! And she asked me to choose sushi that was already ready to avoid having to order it. I spent $40 on really mediocre sushi. 40 min wait! No politeness or kindness! Cleanliness desired! She scratches her nose then prepares your sushi! Take the extras to add your salmon to your sushi in cash and put them in his pocket! I strongly advise against this place!!!!

I am really disappointed with the behavior of the employee during my interaction with her. I had just spilled some liquid on my bag and kindly asked her if I could grab a couple of paper towels and got turned around like I was a stray dog ​​throwing a napkin at me. I know she doesn't have to give me anything, but knowing that I just wanted to buy sushi afterwards....her rude and cold attitude made me change my mind...She would have very well could tell me nicely that she couldn't give me any and I would have understood, especially since there was only one other client present.

Compared to the LaSalle branch, I was very disappointed with my Sushiman experience at the Eaton Centre. The service was cold and the item ordered, the chicken poke bowl, was in no way comparable to what I had in LaSalle. The portion was almost halved and some ingredients were missing. I will definitely not be returning to this branch again.

Pire service client que j’ai reçu. L’employée qui m’a reçu ne parle pas français et m’a totalement ignorer lorsque je lui ai dit bonjour. Finalement après plusieurs minutes d’attente, elle m’a tout simplement tourner le dos en allant se plaindre à sa collègue. J’ai reçu des rouleaux impériaux dont la qualité étaient à désirer (froids et mous) Restaurant à éviter.

Extremely sick employee is working preparing and sniffing over food and handling money no gloves or mask. Unfortunately only noticed it once it was too late and got sick 2 days later.I have a good mind to report this place to the sanitation dept.
