J’ai eu une très mauvaise expérience: j’ai commandé des makis de saumon épicé et philadelphia. On m’a servi des makis de thon épicé au lieu du saumon. Je suis allée voir la préposée à la caisse/gérante pour lui faire part de l’erreur. Elle a refusé de remplacer le thon par le saumon au motif que j’avais commandé du « spicy tuna » et non du saumon épicé et qu’il s’agissait d’une commande spéciale.
