Opening hours are not posted anywhere and the ones on Google are wrong. It’s a terrible experience to show up at lunch time and find out it’s closed only to need to find another place. They need to care more about communications and giving good information to customers who depend on it.

Fraudulent pricing on DoorDash for the quantity and portion given. See photos. Promotion cost was inflated to seem advantageous, but ultimately was insanely expensive for what it was. 60$ for this order for normal quality sushi pieces is daytime robbery. The restaurant should be ashamed of its dishonesty to its customers. While the food was alright, I will never trust this business again.
If you’re going to advertise a buy one get one free promotion at 2 for 33$, then ask yourself this. If each serving is 12 pieces, then how is one serving of this 33$ to begin with? This is price gauging at its finest, it’s a dishonest promotion, and the food quantity was terrible. 60$ later and two of us are still hungry.
Will never trust this restaurant again. There’s so many better sushi spots, and Sushi Sama will never be considered again.

I normally order from here and it’s typically decent quality. But today I ordered and the nigiri was so thinly sliced I could see through it. Not only that but the rice of all the sushi was cold and hard like it had been in the fridge for a couple of days. Tastes like Walmart sushi. When I tried to explain my dissatisfaction to the owner, he said “customer always complain” and hung up on me. Hm won’t be coming here anymore if that’s how they’re going to handle a loyal customer 😒

Made me wait a long time at the store after setting wrong expectations as to when the food was going to be ready. He said in 45 mins it would be ready and it ended up being 1:30 hours. Its disrespectful to my time which is the most precious thing I have in my life.

The worst sushi ever. The fish wasn’t so fresh. Even the rice itself was bad. Very disappointed as Japanese. Over priced. I could eat way better sushi with the same price in Japan.
