I ordered a poke bowl with crispy rice. What i got was poke on top of sludge that they call rice, like litterally they cooked a cup of rice in a liter of water type of stuff. Plus i asked for crispy so how was it so soggy!! I couldn't eat much of it because it was that bad.. And for 25$.. I want a

The sushi is good, the service ok, but it's time to give this business a bit of a makeover.The tables are sticky, badly or not cleaned at all, the general cleanliness leaves something to be desired.

6:15pm on a Thursday (April 6) evening my husband and I were turned away by a very rude cashier. Upon entering, we looked at the menu for bubble tea and as we were about to order she said " We don't make bubble tea orders now because we have too many orders for sushi! " Do noted, that there was no one else in the store besides us and a guy that walked in shortly after. Very Rude and unacceptable service ?

This sushi place is one of the few that actually listens when I ask for no spicy mayo. They have a good selection and are conveniently close to all my other errands.

Today passing in front of the window of Sushi shop, I stopped there for a bubble tea. After having difficulty passing by the side with my big stroller, I arrive in front of the counter to be able to order. The two girls doing the sushi don't even look at me let me wait for at least 2-3 minutes. When one of them finally deigns to ask me what I want, I ask her for a classic bubble tea. She replies that it will take 10 minutes (!!!!!!). 10 minutes for a bubble tea? For what ? To cook the tapiocas apparently. So I ask if it's possible to make me a simple bubble tea without tapiocas because I can't wait 10 minutes for that, I'm with my baby etc. The girl answers me ok, it will be shorter. I say ok how long? She tells me Ben It's because we have a lot of orders...Serious ??? Get that answered! The girl just wouldn't make me that damn bubble tea. So I say ok well let it be I'll go. She replies Ok have a nice day!What appalling service! Was my order not large enough? What a lack of respect!I will never eat there again and will advise everyone around me to boycott the place!

incredibly slow service, 15 minutes to make a bubble tea when there are no other orders in progress.. I came to get one during my work breaks but it's over I lose almost all my break waiting for a very simple order..

I love sushi shop poke usually. But this one did not make the cut. I basically paid 17$ for rice and lettuce. Not worth it!Also placed stinked and looked a bit sad.I should have eaten at Sham just arround the corner, for the same ammount of money would have eaten a tastier meal!

Had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I and a colleague ordered delivery on the Sushi Shop site, which is apparently linked to DoorDash. I get a call saying that there is NO delivery man... and I have to go get it. Since I have no choice, I make my way there. I get a notification from DoorDash that "Nathalie" was on her way to pick up my order. I then get ANOTHER call from the store that, the delivery man is there, and got asked if I still want it delivered... Well YES I want to... I tipped the driver for a reason (PS: manager told me I couldn't cancel).

Just a very frustrating back and forth situation because the store had no clue how their system works. And I got no apology or explanation whatsoever.

*Edit* bringing to 2 stars. Wrote an e-mail as suggested. No answers. Clearly they do not care
