I ordered for around $40 in your place. I wanted to have imperial rolls, but without knowing it I said spring rolls. When I received my order, I apologized and told them that was not what I wanted and that I was wrong. It took 5 minutes while I argued with them to get them to exchange it for what I wanted. Then they gave me the right thing, but they tried to make me leave without refunding me the difference. I pointed out that spring makis are more expensive than egg rolls and that I would like a refund. It took another 5 minutes, because, according to them, it was my mistake and they, in reality, should have still charged me for the spring rolls and it was up to me to find out the correct name of what I wanted. The worst part of all this is that I accepted my mistake, but it's not normal that I have to argue with merchants to get MY MONEY back when there's still a difference of $6 and you dare me say that you should have charged me extra for the rolls? Even if it was my mistake, I still said spring rolls when on your menu, your spring rolls are called Spring Maki, so you also don't really know the name of your menu and you would have could take the trouble to correct me to avoid any confusion. And then you dare to speak badly in front of me in your language? BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Service to be reviewed, because treating people like that because "it's a loss for you and you won't be able to resell them", please do you have a fridge where you put pre-made meals and we talking about a difference of $6 when I just spent $40 in your store.

I went to Sushi Shop on 2024-08-20 around 3:45 p.m. for a takeaway order. After paying and leaving a tip, I was disappointed with the service. The waitress treated me like I was asking for charity, which left me with a bad impression. I do not recommend this place for the welcome.

I always order takeout from this restaurant. Today, I called around 7:29 p.m. and I asked the young man working at the cash register for his best seller, he told me Dragon eye. So I took a roll and they gave me an outdated dragon eye, it smelled like rotten fish and the sushi was decomposing only the tuna was brown and dry and he KNEW it, that's why he told me 'to offer this roll !!!!!!!!! In addition, we are regular customers. I will never go back there

Ordered twice on uber eat, both time they didn't follow instructions no mayo.. really simple but they still put it in. Gives u a partial money back only.. order from another one if you can, if you have food allergies you'll just throw your money away...
