Hands down the worst poke bowl I've ever had and will probably ever have. Felt robbed.

Staff are rude and asking to pay 25 cent for chopsticks is outrageous. The other food court has to problem given chopsticks for free. What kind of scam is this, they were literally talking to each other before charger the chopstick as if the idea just came up.

Always fresh and very friendly service. I always have poke bowls here.

Believe it or not I've been coming here since the day the opened. On my 15 mins break I would get the same dish. Maki tartar cut like sushi ! I came back after 5 years and service was even better. Still busy like bees but hey it's good when a place is busy. The lady I wish I remembered her name after all these years but she's amazing

It is a pretty decent sushi, nothing out of the ordinary but very expensive for a comparable sushi business. Attention is pretty good but if you order something out of the menu and that is not already prepared, it might take a while to get your food.

Friendly service, and they accommodated my celiac really well. They knew what they could and could not add to my order safely without my prompting. They offered to change gloves and boards to ensure it was safely prepared. And it tasted it great. Will be visiting again ????

I have been a regular customer here for over three years. It used to be really good. However, over the last 3 months it has really gone downhill. The staff are cold and unfriendly, their prices keep increasing but they are getting cheaper and cheaper on the meals and some of the staff outright roles their eyes when you correct them on your order after they make a mistake.

Parking: Pay parking with the mall or on street if you can find a spot.

I contacted Sushi Shop customer service about a pre-made lunch box I got from here a while back. It tasted of cigarettes as though prepared by unwashed hands, had grit in one of the sushi rolls (like getting sand in your teeth) and an unidentifiable chemically smell on another roll. It went in the garbage. The company sent me a $15 gift card as compensation, so I went back and had the veggie poke bowl another day, which was delicious and beautifully presented. I assumed the initial incident was a fluke.Today, on the other hand, I got the same veggie poke bowl and took it back to my office as I was running late. Had I still been nearby, I would have brought it back; of the stated ingredients (avocado, edamame beans, cucumber, lettuce, red pepper, crispy sweet potato strings, green onion, coriander, Japanese spices, ponzu sauce, sesame sauce, spicy light mayo, Japanese mayo, teriyaki sauce, sesame, nori) it was missing crispy sweet potato strings, green onion, coriander, pozu sauce, teriyaki sauce and nori. It was basically rice, lettuce, avocado and a tablespoon of edamame & red pepper with a few julienned pieces of cucumber drowning in mayo all dumped into the bowl. No texture, no flavour.This is totally unacceptable, especially for the price. The cashier is very friendly and polite, but the waits are ridiculous (sometimes 15-20 minutes at lunchtime) and you never know what you're going to get in terms of the food. Several coworkers have had similar experiences and now go elsewhere for quick lunchtime sushi - Westmount Square, even IGA or Sushi Metro in the station below.
