Dishonest owner. Never order from the sushi shop website! I made a first order, I did not receive one of the items and I was told that the owners would refund me within a week - I never received the refund. In the meantime, I ordered a second time for more than $50, and I never received my order. I was told when calling the restaurant that it was strange, that 3 delivery men had come to collect the order but that she had noted having given it, that it looked like a bug. For my part, I saw the change of driver (received a text) and I also received a text afterwards saying that my order was canceled. The owner didn't have the decency to call me, he texted me telling me in multiple ways that it wasn't his problem AND he was rude and said I was trying to take it out on me to a small business because I mentioned to them that I would come and write a Google review and make a complaint.

The sushi is good. On the other hand, the man who works there is super unpleasant. After ordering $80+ worth of sushi for 4 people, he didn't want to give ginger and wanted to charge me extra. This is the first sushi shop I saw charging for ginger.
In addition, he was not courteous and returned without answering me after Luke said thank you. I'm not pitying sushi shop, surely the owner of this franchise wants to save some money on ginger and wasabi.
I do not recommend this rental.

Quantity of salmon on the Volcano absolutely pathetic. The portion of wasabi, soy sauce and ginger is frankly ridiculous. This is the worst I have seen, whether in another Sushi Shop or any other sushi restaurant. Unacceptable!

I passed there a few times during my stay in Montreal. The poké are incredibly good, with lots of ingredients and above all a good balance between the rice and the rest. They have always been perfectly seasoned. The service is fast and the cooks are very welcoming.

Food always great, but the menu changes all the time and I find this anoying. Imagine having to read the 100 or so options everytime you want to order something is exhausting. They make too complicated to I just go less often. I do not have time for that.

Even though this Sushi Shop location is a bit further from my place than the other one, i prefer taking a longer walk because the quality of sushi is so much better. Fresh, well-made and delicious! The team is very warm and welcoming as well.

Order placed via Uber eats and result: sick all night. Severe stomach aches, vomiting and everything else. I had a hellish night and the next day at work was horrible too. All this for sushi! Reading the comments, I see that I am not the only one. Let me have serious doubts about the hygienic practices of this establishment. In short, I will NEVER order from them again.
