Bad price displayed and below 10 dollars the law says it must be free. Not only did I not get my free sushi but not even at the posted price either. Piece of hardened fat in my sushi. No stickiness to say the ingredients. Yes it's better for the environment but they could offer it to those who want.

Absolutely disgusting, would never order again. Workers outside smoking not washing their hands, sushi left on warm counter… stay away I threw mine out $$ waisted

The reception is very cold, they don't even say hello, you ask questions about the ingredients, they don't even answer you, they don't smile, I paid $50 and when I asked for an extra sauce they told me charged 0.25$!!!! ?

For the second time I have been charged the product, which I received with a coupon, and which is supposed to be free. I find it dishonest and disappointing. I would never buy there again.

This was my first time ordering sushi from here. And to say i was disappointed… Although i have to say, the presentation is decent, and i liked the fancy box of the chef’s choice plate but this is not what really matters. Better off with a normal presentation and quality food than the other way around. It was overall decent but you can feel like the salmon and the rice wasn’t fresh. The sushi pieces were too big and really stuck into one another to the point where you take one and it doesn’t hold up and the ingredients falls. Also it would have been nice to know that some sushi are spicy, it was not written. My family and i do not really like spicy food, so we did not enjoy our meals. When we ordered and we were ready to eat, the ustensils weren’t in the bag. Maybe it could be my fault cause i didn’t put ‘ustensils’ while ordering it, but logically it shouldn’t be an option. Ustensils for sushi should not be asked and i never needed to use this option to order from somewhere else. Finally, i also ordered the shrimp popcorns, and i was so shocked to see just a tiny box of them. Usually on the site, the shrimps look larger, the box too… It disappointed me cause sushi shop is known for good sushi… but honestly big waste of my money and i spent probably around 120$.

Just ordered 2 spicy salmon bowls and it was one of the worse bowls I have ever had. Overpriced, not fresh, old burned rice - really disappointed. I normally love sushi shop poke bowls. Really upset about this experience
