Sushi Yen is my favorite sushi place. For what? I like to eat simple sushi: nigiri, sashimi, gunkan. When you taste the basic ingredients and it's still fresh, you know it's a good spot. no dry rice or complicated sushi with a million sauces to hide the freshness.
