Tacos Victor Crescent

I was really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I ordered a beef dish that had a strange smell, tasted extremely salty, and didn’t seem fresh. The texture and look of the meat were off, and not long after eating it, I started to feel sick.

The staff was polite, but I left feeling uneasy and unwell. I hope the restaurant takes better care with food quality and safety moving forward.

This was my first time visiting Montreal, and I don’t speak a word of French. I stumbled upon this taco restaurant and decided to sit on the patio, my server was Hisa — best decision of the trip. The server was absolutely incredible: welcoming, attentive, and made me feel right at home despite the language gap.

The tacos? Unreal. These weren’t your standard tourist tacos — they were authentic, full of rich, bold flavors that I’m still thinking about. I honestly didn’t even fully know what I ordered, but every bite was amazing. Drinks were top-notch, and the service couldn’t be beat.

I’ve traveled a lot, but I don’t think I’ve ever been more satisfied with a spontaneous restaurant stop. Highly recommend — even if you don’t speak French, you’ll leave happy (and full)!

Victor closed what a disappointment

Had a really nice lunch here. Their tacos are pretty good. Decent nachos with guac. The service was good too. The atmosphere is ok.

The portion is very small compared to all those other taco places I’ve been to, and the flavour of food is ok. $10 for a very small bowl of guacamole… The waiter didn’t even ask or bring any water🙁

Best place in I’ve been to. Service is amazing, food is phenomenal and filling, not expensive and healthy. Would pick this over the Ritz Carleton. Must try!!!!!

The restaurant looks nothing like the pictures on Google (from may 8th ‘25). The restaurant has an authentic Mexican look and is way better than what is advertised right now.

I got the chorizo tacos and they were very good. Also came with multiples choices of sauces.

The service was really good and they were patient to show us around the menu and the choices of sauces.

Would absolutely recommend. Will be back soon.

It shows is open until 5 and it was close before 12 am

Everything was delicious, I hadn't eaten nopales in a long time and this was a top 🔝😍

I love the taste of ceviche, I definitely recommend it 1000%

The place is comfortable and the prices seem reasonable, but unfortunately I didn't like the taste of the tacos at all, the steak was very dry 😞 but the service was very excellent!

The environment itself is fun, but this is another one of those gentrified "Mexican" places. The food was mediocre with the meat being dry and the tortillas tasteless. 7.50 is already a lot for a taco and it is not worth it, nor are any of the apps. Hard pass on this one.
