Overall very good! Except for the wong tong soup, too much MSG in it. The lemon juice and the porc dish was excellent. Nice atmosphere cozy service ok

First time trying the egg coffee. It was really good! The food was great, too. I give 4 stars since we had to wait a long time for our order to be taken, but besides that, it was great.

The food at this restaurant was good, but the service was definitely not worth it. The wait for service can be very long, and servers seem to pay more attention to takeout orders, sometimes ignoring requests from dine-in customers.

Regarding food:

When the dishes were served to us, they were very cold. Additionally, we found that there was still a lot of red blood in the fried chicken. We suggest cooking the chicken for at least 6-7 minutes in the fryer (at 180 degrees) to eliminate any risk of salmonella.

Regarding the service:

1. We were four people and had booked a combo. On site, we had to ask for our utensils several times before receiving them. Then we ordered tea and drinks, but had to repeat our requests several times before we were finally served.
2. When we went to pay the bill, the waiters were very busy packing takeout orders (probably for Uber Eats or other platforms). During this time, we and other customers had to wait at least 10 minutes to pay for our orders.
3. We understand that takeout is part of their business strategy, and food and employee costs can be high. However, we hope that this restaurant will give more respect to the requests of customers present on site. A friend also told me that this is not the first time that the servers lack professionalism.

The Food was Amazinggggg! Service was slow and we did not get ours plates around the same time. I blame it on the fact the place was super busy. But Overall I think I will come again. The food was really good.

Ugh
We chose this restaurant following the rave reviews on Google and to taste the specialties of Northern Vietnam and it turns out that the dishes we wanted to try are only served on Friday-Saturday-Sunday.
We followed the server's suggestions. It was okay, nothing more. With the same accompaniment and the same sauce for the dishes. We didn't finish our plates or bring back the leftovers.
In a decent place if you live around, a little expensive, but certainly not a destination

Many Vietnamese restaurants are similar, but this one is a little bit different. They have Vietnamese rice rolls! This is a traditional delicacy in Hanoi. The soft and chewy rice rolls are filled with fragrant black fungus, mushrooms and minced pork. Plus some fried onions and then dip them in diluted fish sauce. The originally dry rice rolls become moist and add a hint of flavor. This item is only available on the menu from Friday to Sunday!

Not for Pho, their specialties are in fried rolls, any types of steamed rice rolls were good. Fried banana was excellent.

Overall the food was very good, and at a most reasonable price. The best dishes we sampled were the crab rolls, the crispy noodles, the General Tao's chicken, and the beef with basil. The spring rolls and the pad Thai were rather ordinary, and the Tom Yum soup was not good at all, but we will definitely return to order new dishes. Service was a bit disorganized, but the dishes did come out fairly quickly, and everyone was most friendly.

Parking: Street parking only, which is free on Saturday nights, but metered on other evenings. We thought we may have some difficulty parking on St. Laurent, but there were a number of spaces available on the Saturday night we went, and both we and our fellow diners were able to find parking almost right in front of the restaurant

The food was incredible, both in price and taste. However, the restaurant seemed to be under staffed or overbooked. My partner’s meal came 40 minutes before mine, which was pretty inconvenient. That being said, the servers were very attentive and kind, when they could find a moment for us, while also clearly being extremely hard working, but it seemed just too much. This unfortunately affected the overall experience. I look forward to giving it another shot and hopefully things go a little smoother.

Although it was good, one item from the menu was sold out so it was a bit disappointing. Service was good but the atmosphere was so so because of a loud group of people.
