The tarallis are so good and FRESH. Went there for the first time today and the shop owners were extremely nice and welcoming. They offered me coffee and made me taste their fresh out of the oven tarallis. HIGHLY recommend!

After having tasted these taralli at my parents home, I was amazed how something so simple can taste that good. I decided to go get some for myself. I headed out to Monselet Street in Montreal-North, and took a trip down memory lane. The neighborhood hasn't changed much since attending Sir Wilfred Laurier junior high decades ago.
The small shop is located just before St-Michel Blvd, in a semi commercial building. Don't blink you might miss it. Inside your greeted with honest and unpretentious friendly service. Picked up a few bags and wasn't disappointed. Fresh crunchy and light. They pack a delicious flavor and at just 190 calories per 4 taralli, you don't get the guilt associated with other high caloric snacks Thank you to the D'Amore family for bringing a taste of Italy's Campagnia region to Montreal.

Not as in tune as others with such high ratings, however, I will give them a very good rating because the product in itself is a quality derived from the heart and soul of a family business. The texture of the taralli was good, however, after we ate them, we felt that there was lacking some taste. Perhaps, maybe a little more salt and also extra fennel seeds? With that said, we do wish this business all the success it deserves.
