It's been a long time since I last had TCBY, and my taste buds are that much changed.
I found the parfait toppings disappointing - thick hot fudge too sweet for my taste, fresh strawberry sauce topping tasteless (but it's winter and they're out of season, so not sure what could be done there), and I now prefer real whipped cream instead of whipped topping - but the frozen yogurt itself was good. So, had I ordered just a plain frozen yogurt cone or cup, I would have enjoyed it more than the parfait I had tried. I'd still come back.
Service was good and patient. Ambiance totally fine. No weird smells, and there was even a TV. It's the sort of local chain frozen yogurt place you hang out in as a child with your friends or parents.

K so context: I talk about TCBY all the time, it's my biggest craving, my number one weakness. Loved it even BEFORE THIS HAPPENED :
We went to a blood drive and people were dropping like flies. Like fr I know this review reads dramatic like a scene from a movie but it totally was. I've never been to a blood drive where everyone had to lay down after. Anyway. They were giving out little tcby cups afterwards to thank people for their donations. I ALSO almost passed out (which has never happened before) and the lil cup of froyo restored life into me..
Tcby is good shit and they clearly care about and give back to the community. 10/10 we will always continue to support.
Also have you seen how much they fill their shivers???? K. Now I want one.

I came to the store carrying my service dog and before I even opened the door, an extremely rude teenage girl working behind the cash started screaming at me that I wasn’t allowed in. I told her I had his service card with me and she cut me off and laughed in my face and said “just checked with my manager, still nope”. She didn’t ask anyone. It’s too bad because the ice cream is very good there but I won’t be going back there to be spoken to so rudely by their employees
Was there around 3pm on Saturday the 8th of June 2024 if any management is looking at these reviews.

We just used TCBY for our end of year dance party and the experience was exceptional. Not only is frozen yogurt a healthy snack, it was delicisous and the kids and their families loved it! We ordered over 500 units and from booking, to picking up, to returning the coolers, everything TCBY did was helpful and easy. We will definitely be using TCBY for all future events.

This is where I go on my cheat day and load up on a frozen yogurt with a lot of toppings. I bring it home and watch Netflix in bed while enjoying my treat. What could be better than that? No complaints, though my favourite is white chocolate
I'll change this to a 5 stars once I get my answer. I use to get these during "ice cream day" in elementary school. It's was 2$ for a small cup of vanilla, chocolate, chocolate swirl & mint chocolate. I'm wondering if those same servings still exist, for nostalgic purposes I'd like to buy a dozen with assorted flavors. Wondering how much that goes for since there are no listed prices in the reviews.

They need to keep the section with the sprinkles and toppings better covered. Right now, everyone who stands at the front counter is speaking and breathing right over the large and openly exposed assortment of crushed oreos, candy sprinkles, etc. Even worse, flies have open and easy access to the area. Completely unsanitary. I'm surprised no one seems to notice,
