I had an amazing experience at this place! The food was excellent and the service was super quick. One small touch I loved is you get to pick your own sake cup! The curry and tempura are absolutely to die for. This spot is definitely going into my regular rotation.

The food was excellent and the restaurant is very charming. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. We had to ask multiple times for water, drinks and dishes arrived at different times, some items never came, and we waited over 30 minutes for certain plates. At the end, the staff was unable to properly separate the bill, leading to confusion and billing errors. A real shame, as the food and atmosphere deserve much better service.

Wonderful service from smiling individuals that clearly know their food is awesome. Like daaaamn! That katsu curry bowl was so tasty it healed my soul from the inside. ? Oh, and that mackerel appetizer was easily the best of its kind I've tasted in this city. The umaminess was off the charts! ? — Will definitely be returning to sample the full menu. ?
This is also a great place to bring a date or have a chat with a friend. Music is tasteful yet not so loud you can't hear each other speak. (Other restos, take note!)
ps: If you spend more than $25 before tax you can accumulate stamps towards free goodies like appetizers or a plushie of their logo.. cute!
