The best chicken I have ever eaten! The lemon sauce is SUPER good.

Authentic food, generous portions, amazing staff and owners, homey atmosphere. My wife is Greek and we've eaten there with her family several times. They've always loved it and so have I!

I originally went there to show support after hearing they gave free meals to the needy during covid lockdowns. Now I stop by whenever I'm in the area, or having a big family gathering. Oh, and if you drink, it's a BYOB!

(I've done take out as well, food quality was the same.)

Parking: It's the Plateau.

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, bathrooms on ground floor.

We have been a few times and we have always enjoyed our meal. We love that it’s BYOW and the appetizer platter is generous and good quality! Only downside is that parking is pretty difficult to find so factor that in especially if you have a reservation.

We visited Terrasse Thanos for supper last week and loved it. The food, the decor, the ambience, the service… everything was perfect. We will definitely visit again soon. An amazing restaurant.

Been waiting to try this place since its been near our house for years. I don’t recommend the octopus it was very dry and hard to chew, soaked in red vinegar such as the rest of the sides in my plate, rice, vinegar, potatoes, vinegar.

I didn’t eat it and felt bad about saying something because the server kind of ignored us.

Calamari was good.

Hearty cuisine, the foods are fresh and tasty, especially the feta with olives. Delicious cheese tart! Well received by the waitress with a lot of humor (the smiling moon!). On the other hand, too many starchy foods on the plate (rice + potatoes).

I went there this evening, Sunday, and everything was perfect until the owner showed up. Very unprofessionnal of him to yell at the amazing employees in front of everyone. Will not be going back anytime soon. As soon as he stepped the mood went sour. Even if the food and service was good I left with a bad feeling, he ruined my evening.

I love this restaurant, we have been going there for years, the terrace is really nice. But what happened to your prices? 2 good increases in a few months. It's getting too expensive unfortunately ?

A great discovery of a Greek who has been around for a long time but who we didn't know as he was loyal to Rue Duluth... but we weren't disappointed on the contrary. Excellent service, very good pizza (2 choices, the sugar sammy and the excellent thanos) and tzatziki, hot pita, baklava just as sweet as it should be. The owner Angelo was super welcoming and pleasant, our waitress was super cool and what's more, it's a bring your own wine BYOW which adds to the charm of the moment since you can bring back your chosen bottle, the prices are super well thought out too. We will come back with pleasure.

i have been to Thanos several times , never ordered the octopus and never will again . I cannot understand how a greek chef can make such an aweful dish , it was cold ,it was chewy , it was drowned in some balsamic reduction , it basically had no taste and was overpowered with capers and onions.Portion was ridiculously small and super overpriced ,it was chopped up instead of it being served whole like in greece with tentacles seared and plated properly . I am a home chef and i can make this dish 10 times better at a fraction of the cost . 2 ,do not order veg pita dish either .just not good at all .That being said ,service is A1 and atmosphere is A1 . Stick to the pikilia and other meat dishes (exept souflaki sticks,dry !) .This is an honest review ,i call it the way i taste it .

Celebrated my dad’s 75th birthday here. What an amazing experience from planning to celebrating. Kathy was wonderful and made sure we had everything! It felt like home, with delicious food and relaxed atmosphere! Thank you!
