This Thai express is the closest to my work so I ordered there several times already. I like to eat spicy so I always choose option very spicy plus a note saying that please make it spicy just to make sure, but 1 time on 2 they gave me no spicy one, like no spicy at all. Very disappointed and will order somewhere else next time.
We found dangerous plastic shards in one of the items ordered. This is a major health hazard !! hope that any health authority that comes upon this review would go and inspect this restaurant, that represents a danger to its customers.
I placed an order yesterday and today for shrimp fried rice with 2 egg sunny side up, explicitly noting this request in the Uber app. However, upon receiving my order, the receipt stated 'sunny side up egg please,' which raises concerns about the accuracy of my order. A comparison of the pictures will further highlight this discrepancy.
Did not feel good after eating my order. Would not recommend. Poor quality.
I asked for no onions pissed off the cashier that’s why she almost gave my bowl of tum yum soup empty I always order this soup but I left hungry after finishing it she also refused when I told her why is it look like that I 20$ is wasted I wish I could give 0
I think it's one of the worst tai express in montreal, the general tai was so stale and smell bad ,I got sick of it worst tai express experience I ever had
The food is above average, refried in front of you,
Service is great, works should be more friendly it’s good for business.
Very nicely done. Generous portion and they did not skimp on the chicken like other places do.

Recommended dishes: Pad See EW
When entering the store, there's a big postcard with different promos on different days. I ordered a pad see ew which was the special on the day I visited, sunday. The cashier refused to give me the promo price and said the promo was expired and she had to remove the postcard. There is no date written on the card. In quebec , by law, the store is obligated to give me the item at the price that's indicated.

I just took advantage of Uber Eats 2 for 1. It was meant to be a peanut sauce, I just received it and there is no peanut sauce in sight. The sauce is just a regular soya sauce.
I also paid extra for carrots and for broccoli. I would say 85% of the dish is noodles. Very disappointed with this location.

Ordered Imperial rolls, chicken fried rice, general Thai, pad see ew
Everything was terrible. Bad cooking and no flavor. The Lady at the counter had an unfriendly expression on her face while I was deciding what to order.
But at the cote des neiges location where I've went before, the food was better including the imperial rolls.
This franchise has no consistency.
Waste of money. Close your kitchen you can't cook!
Not the stencil really not strong I eat with my hands ?️ I don't have anything to wash my hands I don't have the stencil not strong at all gang come on

Everything has changed. Few years ago this place was busy and really good.
Now all the sauces, condiments are behind the counter, gotta ask for everything. The soup was lacking flavor and the original ingredients.
Covid and inflation has been an excuse in the food Indusrey. Prices have risen 50% and quality and service has reduced 100%

On our 3 day visit to Montreal, this was the ONLY disappointing dining or service experience.
Having not been to a Thai Express before we didn't know exactly how the menu worked. I could see quickly that I wanted a stir fry with Chicken but there are also about 6 different flavors you can specialize your stir fry with. One of the clearly listed flavors on the menu board was 'chili Pâté ' which was my choice. The person taking our order kept looking at us like we were crazy when we asked for chili Pâté. The entire exchange was confusing and frustrating and I ended up just accepting her random suggestion of ginger to get it over with.
Neither my stir fry nor the Pad Thai were very good. The biggest shortcoming was the chewy bouncy chicken but even the carrots in my bowl had an odd off putting texture.
There really wasn't an upside to the entire experience. Typical for a Thai place, when they ask if you want spicy make sure you are read for it if you say yes.
Parking: Ample parking in front of a seemingly abandoned Wal-Mart.
