Thai Express Restaurant Montréal

Ordered a takeout and by the time i paid at the cashier and reached food counter the order was ready. Felt skeptical to accept but was hot to touch so took it. But should have said no because not even one piece of chicken was edible. they probably cooked it 2 days before. Hope the health department checks them for food safety.

Fast service and delicious.
I like that they can cook it as you wanted, like with less oil or more veggies.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I've been coming here for years and it was always good.
The dining area is shared in the Complex but it was renovated so it looks modern, There are plenty of places and nice toilets

First of all, before even ordering the food, the cashier guy was staring at us like we were wasting his time. when we ordered, I ordered it to be a little spicier than usual like I do in other Thai express branches, and they actually show me how much spice they put in it. They didn't care. Gave me a bland fried rice with zero attitude. Charged me 40 cents for a paper plate! When my daughter went to buy her food, he was very angry about no tipping. Why would she tip anyways? for the below average customer service? Bad experience, wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I've been enjoying meals prepared by Thai Express at Complex Desjardins almost every week for several years.

I'm a dedicated customer partly because their food is delicious and healthful, and comes in generous portions. Yet it's also reasonably priced, and is prepared quickly in front of your eyes.

Among all the restaurants I've known, the service at Thai Express is outstanding. I've never met more friendly, attentive or generous staff. They have tried to fulfil my slightest preferences in preparing my meals, and sometimes they even give me a free dessert.

The atmosphere when I drop by is one of a happy exchange among like-minded people. What restaurant offering could be better?

I didn't dare finish it, it wasn't good at all, disgusting chicken, the quantity scared me 😧 it looks like it wasn't real chicken, it tasted weird! And I took two vegetable rolls so oily OMG

Not very good compared to other Thai expresses

Dish served very quickly but very lacking in flavor. At this price I expect a minimum of taste in my bowl, frozen vegetables are a shame, that's a shame.

I always come here for the thai chicken soup every time I go to MTL 2 to 3 times a year.
This time the cashier guy charged me more for the same thing i got the day before with a lady cashier.
He thinks is smarter than his clients but it is not the case. I didn't say anything but double-check prices before paying.
I order soup #2 with regular chicken and he charged me for breaded chicken. Of course I got regular chicken.

horrible experience, They charge me beef fried rice and give me chicken, I went back and they denied it, I brought my receipt and the chicken fried rice and they come with a very bad attitude and joke me being too serious and start to judge me in front of me . I am not okay with it ! Zero customer service and did nothing to fix it
